Hotel razoável pro preço, ficamos no apart hotel estrutura velhas, elevadores ruins, no apart parece que tem pessoas que moram, ficamos num andar que só tinha moradores e um dia teve uma briga entre os moradores tarde a noite, uma discussão que não conseguimos dormir, avisamos o pessoal do hotel e não deram a mínima, depois de ligamos várias vezes resolveram ir até o apartamento que estava tendo a briga. Não indico e não voltarei me hospedar nesse hotel.

La ubicación el servicio excelentes, se puede caminar por la zona y es muy seguro muy cerca del mall Costanera, el desayuno bueno lo único q no especifican q hay habitación de apartamentos u de hotel y los de apartamentos están ya muy viejos u no deberían fumigar cuando hay huéspedes olía muy feo el líquido

Exija apartamento no hotel e não no apart hotel

O hotel, no geral é muito bom e confortável, além de ser bem localizado. O que merece menção é que nos colocaram em uma unidade do "apart hotel", separada do hotel propriamente dito. Na área do apart era fácil notar que a conservação e a manutenção não eram as mesmas. Meu apartamento, por exemplo, tinha algumas "improvisações", como uma televisão muito pequena e que se misturava com a cortina e um aparelho de ar condicionado portátil, daqueles que possuem tubo ligado na janela e que são extremamente barulhentos.

Malo los apartamentos

Los apartamentos no los recomiendo malos, es una pieza donde esta todo dentro en el mismo espacio te sientes ademas fuera del hotel porque pasas por otro ingreso...la verdad no lo recomiendo valor muy alto para lo ofertado no pagaria mas de 35 dolares por noche y cobraron 77....
