Hotel bem simples, porém limpo. Café da manhã muito bom. Área excelente proximo da estação Manuel Montt de metrô, uns 10 min de caminhada.

Bien situé, suffit pour un séjour de courte durée

Proche des transports, entre 2 stations de métro, situé dans un quartier résidentiel sans problèmes apparents, chambre confortable bien qu'un peu petite, documentation touristique et cartes disponibles à la réception. Peut suffire pour séjourner 2 ou 3 nuits le temps de visiter Santiago.

Muy mala atención de los "conserjes". La señal de wifi en las habitaciones es muy débil. Al estar trabajando esto es fundamental. Un detalle que no me gustó es que publicitan tv plasma de 25" y son de tubo 21". No es necesario mentir.

El hotel satisface necesidades inmediatas

En general el hotel está bien, su personal es amable y su ubicación, en mi caso, me resulta adecuada. Pero, la habitación es pequeña y el desayuno no es muy amplio. Hace falta fruta natural, café descafeinado, chocolate y variedad de panes. También hace falta la renovación de las pantallas de televisión y de las cajas de seguridad. Ojalá y se contara con servico de restaurant todo el día.
