Melhor ir no verão !!

Literalmente é um hotel butique!!! Uma casa antiga onde os quarto foram reorganizados/rearrumados para servir de quarto de hotel. Por conta disso tem algumas coisas que precisam melhorar,... por exemplo aquecimento!!! O ar quente não aquece o quarto todo,... muito menos o banheiro. E o café da manhã é servido em uma área externa. No inverno ambas as coisas são um problema. Por outro lado, a região toxina aí hotel tem varias opções de restaurantes e barzinhos,.... bem bom pra andar a pé !!!

Loud road noise

Large room but near the street, so road noise was very loud, otherwise nice hotel. So ask for a room in the back, if you want a quiet stay

Handy location

Great location, close to downtown. The area looked a little run-down, but we felt perfectly safe walking around at night. The room is comfortable. I would stay here again.

Two redeeming values: price and location

This hotel is very well located, walking distance to La Chascona, El Patio, Plaza de Armas and Mercado Central. It is also a couple of blocks away from Bellas Artes metro station. In other words, top location, especially for the price. On the downside, the rooms are extremely cold, you can hear everything that is happening outside your room. Don't take a long shower because you will run out of hot water. Breakfast's included, but it's very frugal (bread, ham, cheese, coffee, yogurt, pound cake and, sometimes, apples). The staff is okay. The young woman at the front desk in the afternoon shift is really nice. The young man in the morning shift is nasty, plain and simple. It was funny how he asked for a tip when I left my suitcase for a few hours after check-out. He said "Sure, you can leave your bags with us. And if you also leave a tip, that would be great, too".
