"The Courtyard Marriott provided everything we needed for a brief one-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shuttle to the airport arrived promptly and got us to the airport on time. "

"The property is a bit away from the airport and took a while to reach but was with the wait. It is a beautiful resort with well appointed rooms and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The airport shuttle was prompt and helpful, given the intense traffic in the area. We were upgraded to a suite which had a two bathrooms and a separate bedroom and patio overlooking beautiful sunsets. A fruit plate was delivered while we were out which was a nice touch. Nice place to stay."

"The hotel and room were average amenities as expected. However the property and rooms were poorly cleaned which was unfortunate. "

"Showed up and they put us in a basic room when we had booked a suite. Then when we addressed it with Hotels.com they told them that we had a comparable room and only offered $20 refund ( when the difference in price was about $80). And the room didn’t have a separate sitting area and pull out bed. It was a clean hotel though, close to the airport with a shuttle, and attached to a large mall (convenient for food/shopping). Good place to stay for the night before flying out of SJO. "
