"The host attempted to make me pay again outside of Vrbo, claiming she had not received payment from Vrbo. When I refused she canceled my reservation while I was staying at the apartment. I was forced to find other accommodations on short notice while visiting a foreign country. Then I was contacted by another person wanting to rent to me outside of Vrbo. I highly recommend avoiding this property. Fortunately I was able to find another property to rent and everything has worked out for the best."

"The property was lovely. The home was well kept and safe. Its walking distance to the supermarket. Would definetly use it again in the future! Muy bonito, seguro, limpio, cerca, lo tiene todo, totalmente recomendado."

"el apartamento esta en buen estado,solo que me avisaron el msmo dia que iba a llegar ,que durante el fin de semana iban a pintar aunque no tocarian mi cuarto,sinembargo fue muy desagradable la sensacion de polvillo en la cocina y en todo lo que se tocaba y el olor a pintura.Aunque solo utlice el apartamento para dormir,la estadia no fue satisfactoria"

"The owner does not speak English and I don't speak Spanish but we managed. She gave a brief tour of the property when we arrived. The only air conditioned room is the main bedroom. The apartment itself was immaculate and showed pride of ownership. It is on the 10th floor and felt private.The on site security was excellent.If you are looking for an out of the way place while in Bucaramanga, you won't be disappointed. "
