  • The east end of Seagrove Beach is the quieter corner of 30A — fewer crowds, more old live oaks, and the Gulf just a short walk to the south. Cart & Coast sits right in the middle of it: a light-filled coastal home where white walls, blond floors, and tall windows keep everything feeling cool and unhurried.

    Inside, the living space opens straight into the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with full-size stainless appliances, a roomy island, and counter seating for slow mornings over coffee. There's a dining table for four when you want to sit down properly, plus plenty of room to spread out across the covered porches. A washer and dryer mean you can pack light and rinse the sand off between beach days.

    The bedrooms are split across two floors. On the first floor, a king room has its own full bath and a door out to the patio. Upstairs, a second king opens onto the balcony, a queen room sits just down the hall, and a third king rounds things out — each of the kings with a private bath of its own. With four bedrooms and room for eight, it's an easy fit for a couple of families or a group of friends who'd all like their own space.

    The real treat here is parked out front: a four-seater golf cart that's yours for the stay. 30A was practically built for them — hum down to the sand, cruise west toward Seaside, or run to Seagrove Village Market for grouper without ever touching the car. When you'd rather stay close, there's a community pool to cool off in and a shelf of board games for the inevitable rainy afternoon.

    Beyond the front door, you're minutes from the best of the Emerald Coast. Eastern Lake — one of the rare coastal dune lakes found only on this stretch of the Florida Panhandle — is right around the corner for paddling and birdwatching. The white-sand beach accesses are a quick stroll or an even quicker cart ride away. And when you're ready for a night out, Seaside's town center and the restaurants strung along 30A are an easy ride west.

    Home Truth:
    - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
    - Please note that a Pack'n'Play and a High chair is available upon request.

    Parking Details:
    - Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Garage access is not available for guests.

    This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

    As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

    Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

    We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
