Muy Mal. Una Administracio Hostil con muy mal servivio y mala comunicaciĆ³n. Habitaciones mal tenidas con olor a viejo y paredes y BaƱos Sucios. Miy deficiente la Alimentacion. Y me cobraron mas de lo negociado en la aplicacion.

We were a bit shocked by the hotel management to charge us in order to give us a sea view room, it was mid week and there were so many empty suits they could give us! Besides they charged us extra money for insurance which was news to me, never been charged for insurance before!!! 5 USD per person per night!!!! Seems like a rip off to me! Beer is more that twice as outside.

Really nice location, on the beach and just next to tayrona. Staff were also very helpful. WiFi was so bad, even in the communal areas and didnā€™t work for 2/3 of our stay anyway.

The price was right and value was good. Looks like it use to be a great all inclusive in the day but now a bit run down and there were not many people there (not sure if that was because of time of year)? No internet in the the room although ā€œfree wifiā€ in pool, restaurant, lobby. Breakfast was included which we didnā€™t expect. Nice pool, beautiful walking area on beach but huge waves. Check in / out was a bit arduous and took a long time for nothingā€¦.

Muy buen hotel a buen precio

Las instalaciones del hotel estaban en buen estado teniendo en cuenta que no es un hotel nuevo. La comida es buena, y el precio de la misma estƔ acorde con lo que se consigue en lugares cercanos, tambiƩn cuentan con eventos para los huƩspedes todas las noches y eso lo hace divertido. La piscina climatizada es excelente al igual que los cocteles.

La piscina y playa son muy agradables , es importante tener en cuenta que el mar en general es fuerte y no siempre se puede ingresar a el. Se debe mejorar los colchones en las habitaciones y el aire acondicionado en la segunda habitaciĆ³n.

STAY AWAY.....Not worth it!!!

This is a rundown place which has seen better days. Stayed for three nighrs and NO AIR CONDITIONING for 80% of the time there. There is NO INTERNET SERVICE in the rooms. Electricity went out twice and along with that, also water service. Giant cockroaches and geckos in the room. This is a beachfront resort but the beach is not to be swimmed in. The only positive is that it is close to the entrance to Parque Tayrona but you would be better off choosing something else.

Schƶne Lage, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, unser Zimmer war fĆ¼r den Preis recht klein, ohne Balkon und mit direktem Blick auf eine Baustelle. Essen und GetrƤnke waren recht teuer und durch die einsame Lage aber zwangslƤufig im Hotel zu kaufen. Wenn man die meiste Zeit am Strand verbringt, entschƤdigt das alles aber etwas.
