The front desk staff are amazing. It's a well kept property, with an epic rooftop restaurant, patio and pool. Great for sunsets and also daytime shade. Right on the beach for easy access, and they have palapas to relax under. The downside was they play loud music on the beach most of the day. La Punta is a busy place, so lots of music at night everywhere.

This place is amazing!!! Right in front of the beach and on the Punta strip. My friend and I had such a great experience staying here and enjoying all the amenities. The sunsets were incredible on the rooftop or on the beach. It made it so much more special to have such kind people working there. Made us feel very welcomed during out whole stay and so happy that we chose this place. The location is also perfect because your surrounded by great food and drinks spots! The only thing I can advise for improvement is to come up with a better way to communicate with guests if theres any outages such as water. On our last day at this resort, the water stopped working for a few hours and it happen to occur at a very inconvienent time. I understand we are on the beach and these things happen but it should of been communicated somehow.

Beautiful spot. Right in the ocean! I must have read wrong but I thought breakfast was included and I would expect it to be for this price. Staff was very nice and accommodating. You can hear club music it's right in the busy street but it didn't bother me. It's the neighbors and at times it does get redundant they should turn it WAY down! Way to loud and club music!

One receptionist was a bit rude but the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. It has great location, walking distance to a lot of popular restaurants and shops. Also it’s right on the beach.

Everythin is so nice about this hotel, the only downside it’s that power goes out frequently but that’s the whole area where it’s located, not the hotels fault. But still it’s a good idea to get either a gas generator or solar panels to solve the issue 😂

Muy bien ubicado. El baño y la habitación estaban muy sucias cuando llegue, solicite que le hicieran una limpieza a fondo y mejor considerablemente. Pedi yn late check out y me lo otorgaron sin ningún costo. La encargada en el club de playa grosera y pésima atención.

Habitación muy cómoda , el personal es extremadamente amable y la ubicación es excelente, en el corazón de las brisas Zicatela El único punto que sería extraordinario que pudieran manejar es alguna zona de parking porque si rentas coche y tratas de estacionarte hay que dar varias vueltas por las calles aledañas para encontrar un lugar

Nos quedamos solo 2 de las 4 noches reservadas… llegamos y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, que al día sig CFE iba, quedó, y luego al 3er día de nuevo todo el hotel sin luz, ni AC ni agua… con un calor de 31 grados! Un hotel de ese tamaño debería contar con planta de luz. Pedí el reembolso de los 2 días que no nos quedamos y estoy en espera de que expedia apruebe.

La ubicación y las instalaciones son muy buenas aunque falta limpieza El servicio pésimo, en el club de playa el primer día se negaron a darnos hielos para nuestras bebidas que lo estábamos consumiendo ahi mismo de su bar,,,, tuvimos que ir por una bolsa de hielos en la tienda,,,de los 3 días que estuvimos 2 de ellos estuvimos sin luz y sin agua durante varias horas,, también tuvimos que ir a una tiendita por garrafones para poder usar el baño,,, en ningún momento se acercaron para ofrecernos alguna solución, y cuando lo preguntamos dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada,, es mas, la gerente se molesto con el empleado que se ofreció ayudar subir los garrafones a nuestra habitación.
