Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help and make our experience as comfortable as possible. The room was great—clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed the hotel amenities, which were well maintained and perfect for relaxing. One thing to keep in mind is that the beach in front of the hotel is not the best for swimming, as the ocean can be a bit rough. Additionally, the internet coverage in our room was not very strong, so maintaining a stable connection was sometimes difficult. Aside from those minor details, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay with excellent service.

Highly recommend. There was a bit of construction noise but the whole region is under construction. One of the few properties right on the beach and near the main strip. Cannot recommend enough. Would definatley stay here again.

If you haven’t been to Puerto you can’t realize how lucky you are to have found this hotel yet. It is located just one street away from La Punta which is where everything good happens - far enough to avoid the noise but just a 2 minute walk to all the nice restaurants and bars. It is a beach front property with enough space to relax at the beach for all guests; the rooms are basic but nice, and the food is really good. I loved some of the details, like the water filters in all rooms. I’ve stayed in the most expensive hotels in Puerto and I promise you this one beats all of them in terms of convenience and overall value, and costs half or less. I love discovering new hotels, but Casa Kuaa is probably the one I would like to repeat when coming back to Puerto. PS: I do not know any of the owners of the property, this is an honest review.

We LOVED this hotel! 10/10 recommend. The staff is so friendly, we met people from all over the world, and the room was very comfortable. Great AC, great water pressure, very clean. We walked less than 50 yds and we were on the beach.

My family and I stayed here March 22-27 and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful - our room was right beside one of the pools and the beach bar. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and we felt very safe. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops, but off the main street so was quiet. Would definitely come back again!

Great hotel and location!

Great location, right by the sea. The hotel has a very nice design, rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The amenities were great, specially having sun beds right on the beach, next to the bar, and the pool just some steps away. The hotel made our trip to Puerto Escondido worth while. Would definitely recommend!
