"Pros: The host was incredibly accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. Organised a travel cot for us, allowed early checking and late out. Much appreciated with small children. "We got the cheap studio with the sofa beds that dont have such great reviews. However, we turned them around and put them together to make a big bed. They were quite comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality. Very satisfied. The only issue was that there was no dish soap in the kitchen. The balcony had great views of the village and the beach. We were facing west, and had a lovely sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant called Bellmonte next...

"Internet was not good, but all else was good if you have a very early flight next day this is the place to be as you can walk to the airport in 10 minutes."

"We stayed for only one night here to explore Faro and catch an early morning flight the next day. Hotel staff were very friendly and made arrangements for our 4am shuttle to the airport. This is a great location to explore Faro, being inside the old city walls, there were lots of avenues and sites to explore and lots of restaurant options all within easy walking distance. The room was clean, and everything worked. Had a good sleep here prior to our long journey home. "

"Great quiet location in Faro and very accessible. We stayed in late March—despite some rain, it was a pleasant stay. Spotlessly clean with daily room service. Staff were very helpful and responsive, especially at check-in and when we requested extra pillows. Room layout was a bit tight around the bed and wardrobe, and WiFi/TV signal could be unreliable. Overall, great value for money—clean, comfortable, good location, and pleasant décor. Highly recommend."
