Amazing Views and Nice Condo

We had a great stay. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The check-in process was very easy and pleasant. I plan to make this condo a regular destination when I come into town to visit family.

Great option for this area

Driving in, the area seemed a little questionable, but once we were settled in, we found that we had just driven through the iffy part of town to get there. The surrounding area is very nice and the condo was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, very clean, quiet neighborhood.

Family Fun

We had a great time in Santa Fe at the beginning of August. The condo was perfect for my family and close to the square and easy accessibility to the highway when we ventured outside of Santa Fe. The accommodations were clean and there was a balcony that was great to sit on and enjoy my coffee in the morning while watching the sun come up. We would definitely go back.

I was disappointed to discover that there was only one bed in the second bedroom. That was unacceptable and made everything uncomfortable for two children. I will not book a place again for my family without first visiting the place.

I was very disappointed in the accommodation. I was told that there were two bedrooms in the condo but I did not personally check it out. Even though I had said that I was making the reservation for my son's family and that there were two teenage children,the second bedroom only had one bed. If I ever use your accommodations again I will personally inspect them before I rent anything from you again.

FM - 74……Needs Lots of Work - POOR Condition

Upon our arrival, we discovered the upstairs had no air conditioning. Management had brought in two portable a/c units. VERY LOUD all night and day. No a/c I upstairs two baths and hallway. Upstairs bathtub controls do not work easily if at all. Both upstairs bathrooms are VERY OLD AND NEED UPDATING! Downstairs kitchen is VERY OLD and needs updating. Refrigerator needs to be replaced as it does not close easily. It's lost its magnetic closing ability since it's so old. The Master Bedroom bed is horrible! Very soft with sponge top which makes it way too soft! Needs to be replaced! Other bedroom bed is fine so our daughter thought it was good. The ENTIRE condo needs to be thoroughly CLEANED…especially the carpets. As it stands today…..this rental condo is in the worst shape of any we have seen in Fort Marcy. DEFINITELY not worth the price increase your management charged us this year!! (No a/c, dirty carpets, LOUSY BED in the master bedroom, etc.)

Tired and Tawdry

A/c was broken for about 2 weeks. I was not advised. After. several hours following move- in it was 84 inside Finally a couple of loud temporary units were put in the bedrooms. TV didn’t work even after a cable break was fixed. Carpet looked like $1.00/ yd stuff from a liquidator I certainly thought that this luxury rental rate would not be a bargain at half the price

We'd stay here again.

Great location. The couch was comfortable but the cushions on the easy chairs are shot and we had to add throw pillows in order to sit on them. The chairs at the table are too low, so again we had to add cushions, this time to raise us up (we're average height.) The unit has clearly been well used and could use a refreshing but overall a pleasant stay and we would stay here again.
