Nice views and close to Plaza

Nice view for miles overlooking the city and the distant mountains. Comfortable, clean, and close to the plaza. Close to the pool and a playground. Parking was easy too.

Great place and convenient location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious, and included a nice place to sit on the front porch. The hosts were great and worked with us to ensure we could get 2 units located next to each other. It was a pleasant and relatively short walk to the town plaza and the Cross of the Martyrs, which we had fun exploring. I would definitely recommend this place as a nice and convenient home base in Santa Fe, especially for a larger group or family.

Comfortable and Clean Condo

We stayed in the condo for 5 days and went into town and out on trips from there. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was adequately equipped. I was not aware of the outsides steps so if they are a challenge for you then know that. The management were great on a few questions we had and one repair. We enjoyed our stay in the city. The place was exactly as advertised. Cooking tools were pretty spare. Dishwasher was not working but a call to the office took care of it. There isn’t a single game or DVD in the place so pack a deck of cards at least! Cable is basic but they have an hdmi cord if you brought your laptop and streaming logins. Beware, it is a hike to this unit from any of the parking lots! I REALLY loved the checkout process, we didn’t have to do a thing!!

We arrived after dark and navigating the parking to our unit was difficult with stairs and not knowing where things were. The unit was amazing but the parking to unit aspect would prevent me from booking again since I'm older and not able to handle heavy luggage for very far. The mattress was very comfortable and the door to the patio a lovely addition. Can see the city lights at night and the morning sun coloring the buildings with a soft amber. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was squeaky clean.

I only rate it okay because of the poor customer service. 1) nobody ever called me back after calling the after hours number at least 3 times... luckily my hands are small enough so I could reach in the kiosk for the keys that got stuck 2) I mailed about a possible double payment, never got a reply so till this day still no answer. 3) on Memorial Day we got scared to death by works on the roof that started 6am... we did not get any information about these works and feel this was very disrespectful on a day as Memorial day to conduct this type work. This is a day of peace and remembrance... embarrassing. 4) the dryer in the unit did not work. The laundry room has very inconvenient opening hours so in the end I dried everything on the balcony. The appartement however was impeccably clean and well equipped. Great rooms and bathrooms, beautiful kitchen. The only thing missing is a bench next to the front door to sit in the evening.
