Staff was really helpful, especially when we left an electronic item after checkout. They walked us up to the room, and that was really great. The room itself was not bad, just sparse. Not enough pillows originally, but we were able to order some more. Again, staff delivered in a timely manner. Breakfast was pretty good.

I loved how quiet and clean this place is and how helpful the staff are. I had some reservation changes and they had no problem accomodating me. My room had a great view of the ocean from the balcony, plus it was super clean and I could control the heat. Definitely the best pick for a getaway to Santa Cruz--only 2 minutes from Wilder State Park, Natural bridges and great coffee shops. Will stay here again!
