"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house very much. It was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Nice details and a welcome gift awaited us upon our arrival. The views from the terrace are amazing and we loved to soak up the sun up there. It is a perfect place for vacation with friends or family. We liked the town of Icod de los Vinos very much, it seems pretty local and authentic and it is a good location to expore the rest of the island. We totally recommend this house! In...

"The layout of the property over 2 shared floors negated the benefits of the “large terrace with stunning sea views”. As there were only 2 of us, we were able to locate on the upper floor, losing the advantages of the main bedroom. We recognise that a few of our issues might have been addressed if we had contacted the agents. However we were so dispirited by the general offering that we could not be bothered, rather we dug in for the long haul and just got on with it. We also understand the adage...

"If you don't like lizards or are afraid of them, a stay here is not recommended. Unfortunately, we found two lizards in the house and another one in our luggage before we left. No air conditioning, and if you open the windows, lots of lizards want to come into the house."
