My stay of six days visiting family was overall very pleasant. There was a high standard of cleanliness in the room, breakfast area and outside on the grounds. The foyer was comfortable and welcoming. It was good to see minor repairs and updates being taken care of around the building. When I checked in, the night desk clerk asked if I needed “room service”. It wasn’t until later that I discovered he meant housekeeping. The room had a single hand towel, no bath towels and no shower curtain. The phone in the room did not work. The only saving grace was the day desk clerk who was helpful and customer oriented.
