"Ponto Forte, alimentação. Pontos fracos: Quartos pequenos e antigos. All Inclusive é ridiculo, pois só pode pegar bebidas após as 10:30 da manhã. Poucos tipos de bebidas. Tudo longe. Achei mal organizado. Pois não tem nada explixanco as atrações. A balada é uma vergonha. E o pior de tudo, as piscinas de fora não são aquecidas. Lugar lindo desse com as piscinas externas vazias. Piscinas internas minusculas, mas são aquecidas. Bom, vocês precisam aprender com o Fazzenda park Hotel o que é All Inclusive. Não gostei, não devo voltar até melhorar os quartos e aquecer as piscinas externas."

"The reception staff were very unprofessional I arrived earlier and asked if I could have breakfast and they said if pay 300 rials I could then I asked if i could only pay for the breakfast and they said no which is incorrect I also asked if I just could buy a coffee and they said no which is incorrect because I managed to buy a coffee. I left my suitcases there but when I got back to collect them the receptionist didn’t want to give me back one of my suitcases I have to insist few times that it was my suitcase and he kept on giving me funny looks very unpleasant and unprofessional The property is also very noisy because it is just next to the motor way The restaurant staff on the contrary were polite and helpful I will not recommend this property to anyone "

"Room was clean but beds were not as comfy as I would have liked. There was no view of the ocean breakfast was limited but adequate. The staff on the other hand were all FANTASTIC. I would rent again due to staff friendliness and proximity to the beach"

"Room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was extremely small but we only stayed for 1 night so it was fine. If I was staying longer the room would have been too small (we stayed in a luxo casal room)."
