"Pontos positivos: localização excelente, prédio bonito e novo, espaço do quarto muito confortável. Pontos negativos: o prédio ainda está em construção e havia barulho e funcionários de obra nas garagens e varandas, chuveiro muito fraco e vazamento embaixo da pia. Ganhamos 15% de estorno pelos transtornos, mas ainda assim fica o ponto negativo pois a propriedade não deveria alugar um apto com obras acontecendo no local, isso foi um descaso com o cliente."

"I have had excellent experience staying at this place. The space is very quiet and convenient with a cafeteria in it which makes things easy in the morning. The studio is comfortable and well equipped. The location is calm and few restaurants around. I do recommend this place."

"Staff is excellent. Location is great. Apartment on the first floor in front of a construction site that is a mosquito’s nest. Mosquitos invaded the room in the first night, so we bought repelent for the second night. Furniture is old also. We would get back to Il Campanário but in another apartment. "

"As we arrived we could choose between two properties. Karin communicated very well with us. The view from our balcony was great. Had all the basics. The smell was a bit odd when we arrived. It came from the toilet. It was fine after we aired out and kept the toilet door closed. Walk up and down is very steep. But it’s ok we didn’t have to walk fast. Beaches are closed by. We took the car and drove to a bit more secluded ones with easy parking. There are paying parking lots along the different...
