Lugar bellísimo y tranquilidad absoluta.

Muy buen trato del personal, piscina estupenda, lugar muy bello. La experiencia de tranquilidad y belleza merece la pena. Unas vacaciones para el descanso absoluto, ... pero también cerca de la bella ciudad de Las Palmas y la excelsa playa urbana de Las Canteras. Debería mejorar el mantenimiento (lámparas fijadas a la pared justo encima de tu cabeza en la cama, mejorar la carretera de acceso (200 metros. Dicen que no se permite por entorno natural protegido,... de acuerdo, quizás no dejen asfaltar, pero no creo que nadie impida rellenar los baches con tierra y grava); no obstante, merece muchísimo la pena. Salvo esos últimos 200 metros, las carreteras en la isla están estupendas.

Great location but hotel in very, very bad shape

Total recommendation: 1 out of 10, only for the location CONS: 1: Ants in the beds and the bathroom and a visiting cockraoch from the drainage in the bathtub 2: The road to the hotel filled with HUGE holes and the excuse from the hotel manager being "we are not allowed to fix it since it's a nature area" although all other roads, ON THE WHOLE ISLAND are with nice asphalt. 3: The general state of the hotel with gaping holes in the walls, doorknobs missing screws, the reairs that has been done are sloppy and does not meet any kind of handyman standards. Also, in general a very moldy and damp atmosphere, and again the manager with the excuses "well the hotel is 60 years old". However, many other places on the island, and around the world, do not have these issues. 4: Too small breakfast "buffet", consisting of 2 types of cereal, 2 types of "bake-off bread" where you have 5-6 different cold cuts and some tasteless cheese to put on top. No eggs, no sausages, and the poor staff is undermanned so they cannot even hendle filling the empty jars up all the time. And they then charge you 7€ per person per day. 5: Outside barl?!? It's a non-staffed outside bar, with a very weird way to even get to the outside pool. Basically the hotel has NO activities. 6: No heating or airconditioning in the rooms so no way of adjusting the temparature 7: Old damaged beds PRO: 1: Very beautiful location 2: A nice, although very expensive, restaurant close by 3: Nice staff 4: Good and stable cleaning

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée comme pendant tout le séjour, personnel et le couple directeur de l'hotel très disponibles, à l'accueil la personne parle français ce qui était très appréciable pour nous qui ne parlons pas très bien espagnol, cadre très agréable, petit déjeuner copieux, hotel très propre, le seul point négatif mineur c'est que l'accès à l'hotel se fait par un chemin de terre et cailloux, hotel à recommander.

Execellent place in beautiful surrounding

Nice location and surrounding. Pool and views over well maintained golf course. Very friendly and helpful hotel manager - due to early departure, breakfast with sandwich, fruits and yoghurt have been arranged for. Liked that place, a bit off the main routes, but with own transport easy to reach.

Beautifull surroundings of the hotel

Very relaxing place to stay and if there are no cars available to be rented a bus stop is not far away from the hotel (you can go to Las Palmas). Nice walking path down to the bandama volcano and up to a restaurant with local delicious food.
