"It was a great disappointment in a terrible neighborhood. Very sparse accommodations felt more like an army Barrrick than a hotel. Should not have been on your website filthy Neighbourhood. Unsavory people always hanging around. Very disappointed in Hotels.com for having this on their website."

"Hotel is walking distance to Naples central train station (situated just opposite side of the road) and close to Garibaldi metro station. Breakfast was good ,with typical Italian taste of food and fresh tomatoes in the morning and homemade cakes. Few coffe shops very close to the hotel. Staff helpful. Strongly recommend."

"The room is very n8ce clean and modern. It is also very close to trsin statio, Metro and busses, literally 2 minutes walk to all of them. The bus from the sirport stops right outside the hote. Unfortunately, i did not meet any of the staff at the hotel but were very easy to contact via WhatsApp. Definitely stay there again if going to Naples."

"The hotel is ok - nice palazzo - and staff nice, but the surrounding area is very dirty. It also includes streets with prostitutes, and feels somewhat unsafe. We had to switch rooms upon our arrival as the first room we were given looked quite bad- it clearly had not been renovated for numerous years."
