The food was the best part really, but the staff were also extremely helpful and above and beyond friendly. Close enough to the beach, the water taxi, restaurants, shops and on the quiet side of the bay.
The front desk girls are AMAZING, and the breakfast hostess too, let’s not forget the team that works at the poor bar 😍😍!!! Everyone at the hotel is super helpful and has the customer service vibe 100%. The hotel team in general have great tips of what to do and where to go… ideas that can help you to move around and where to go!
This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff are the most welcoming and friendly, particularly the bar staff.
The choice of food at the buffet was fresh, well prepared and varied.
The beds in hotel rooms were very comfortable. Everything was very clean.
The only downside was that there was no fridge or full length mirror in the room, but I would take that as the overall experience at the hotel was absolutely excellent.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. I had my birthday on 25th and they prepared gift for me which was so nice of them. Also they helped my friend to organize sending me a flowers. Delicious food and Good location. We did not like nearby beach but Its also near to cala comte and cala Tarida. If u rent a scooter its very easy to see different beautiful beaches around.

You get what you pay for
Hotel is tired and in need of modernisation. Staff are friendly and the hotel is kept clean. Lots of noise through the bathroom wall from the adjacent bathroom and the balcony door was difficult to close. No fridge in the room.
Had to have tokens (2€ deposit) to get drinks from the bar which shut at 11pm sharp, not good for an all inclusive hotel
They only served the drinks in pint glasses even if you’re drinking wine.
No rush for sunbeds in the morning as the pool area is closed until 8:30am.
20€ deposit for pool towels
Food in the restaurant was cold and not very tasty. We used the microwave in the middle of the buffet to heat most of our food
Very limited choice from the snack bar during the day

Great location, about 40 min walk to the main strip of the whole island. Many shops/bars/dining options close by. Room seemed much smaller than advertised... Could have used a mini fridge and not too fancy for the price but still the cheapest hotel i found in Ibiza. The food was mediocre at best. I don't get the hype with spanish food.
Even though i paid exta for all inclusive the boos were limited with them only offering certain drinks while the others were there but they charge extra for them. We saw a great gymnastic show one night but other than that the promoters weren't as friendly or fun as I'd hoped. Just a mellow atmosphere and not as crazy as i expected or wanted to be. The cleaners are friendly and excellent. I would stay here again if I came back to Ibiza since I wouldn't expect much different from other hotels.
The hotel was lovely and it was one of the greatest experiences in all of my travels staying here. Also very big shout out to the security staff who was not only friendly, but truly did come to help when I truly needed it. You guys rock and I will absolutely be staying here again
Amazing hotel for a short term stay. Spotless, excellent location

Without my consent, the hotel staff gave my room number to another guest who was harassing me. That person arrived at my room. Security needed to be involved.
Overall property was ok. Cleanliness was poor and evening entertainment geared for children when very few children are present. Also pool closes at 6:30 even though it’s full of people.
AVOID at all costs. Horrible reception staff and the room felt like a jail cell. They do not provide a blanket, just a paper thin flat sheet. Absolutely horrible.
We had a fab time in Ibiza, the hotel was very clean, rooms basic and quite small we had 3 of us in one room but have everything you’re looking for. The staff were very friendly we had a slight issue with the air con but we said to reception and the maintenance man fixed the issue no bother at all. We had bed and breakfast but one of the days we were staying at the pool so we just upgraded to all inclusive for the day as it was well worth the little extra. The taxi rank is just at the bottom of the street so it’s perfect for getting into the west end if that’s what you’re after. There were 8 of us at the hotel for a hen & we would stay again.

The hotel's website accepted and confirmed my booking without giving me any chance to pay. Later I received an email cancelling the booking without giving any explanation or offering any means of redress. I emailed asking for the booking to be upheld, and to tell me how I could pay for it. That email was ignored. Unable to wait or to be messed about any more, I booked through hotels.com.
I've never stayed in a hotel which was more bare and spartan. The breakfast room had all the ambience of a works canteen, with tables crammed in far too close together (see photo). There was no muesli.
When I went back to my room after breakfast, I hung the "Non Molestar" sign on the door (see photo). Soon afterwards the chambermaid knocked on the door wanting to know whether she could clean the room. When I said "NO!", pointing to the "Do Not Disturb" sign, she said "later, or tomorrow?". I said "later, but NOT when I'm in it!". Very unsettling.
The hotel reception persistently refused to tell me the times of the buses to the airport. I got the times easily from a friendly and helpful receptionist at the Playa Bella Apartments nearby, where I wished I'd stayed because it had much better pools, located right on the beach unlike the Playa do sol Riviera's which are surrounded on three sides by buildings (see photo).
20 Euros deposit was charged by the hotel reception for the loan of a beach towel, an extortionate and hostile amount for something costing about 5 Euros to replace.
