READY FOR YOUR SANIBEL VACATION! Everything you need in this comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on beautiful Sanibel Island, Breakers West Unit A-6. Rare ground floor location; private walk-out patio leaves you just steps to the pool or to the world famous Sanibel beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
Steps to the beach with world-class shelling, amazing sunsets; drive, bike or walk only 2 miles to Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge; golf, tennis, fishing, kayaking and shopping nearby. Paved paths encircle the island for biking, running, walking. Low-key, relaxed island atmosphere.
Condo has view of tropical garden and pool from its ground floor, private walk-out patio. Relax in privacy on your patio and then stroll to the beach or pool. The Gulf beach is only 136 yards away, pool is only 50 feet away, walk out of the patio to both.
Watch spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo's West Gulf Drive location allows year-round sunset views that are not available at some east-end locations on Sanibel due to the shape of the island.
Full size, fully equipped kitchen, with full size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a full size sleeper sofa.
Private walk-out, screened-in, covered patio includes table and chairs to allow you to relax and enjoy the tropical garden view.
Laundry room with clothes washer and dryer within unit.
Starter amounts of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish detergent, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper are provided - longer stays might necessitate guests to purchase additional quantity (multiple stores are nearby). Our coffee is a drip type, Mr. Coffee style.
Guests have access to the Gulf of Mexico beach, and we provide two back-pack style beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Guests also have access to the condo Association’s heated and cooled pool, pool chairs, barbecue grills, and rooftop deck. Within our condo unit we also provide wi-fi and television service, clothes washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is one passenger vehicle parking space on site that is designated for your use, at no extra charge. No trailer, RV, or second vehicle parking space is available.
On-island management available during business hours, and 24/7 by phone, to assist with your check-in, check-out and questions or concerns during your stay. Host is also available by phone, text, or email and is very responsive to any questions you may have about things to do, places to eat, or any other concerns.
Sanibel Island features tightly controlled, low-key development with multiple nature preserves, no high rises, dark at night.
No smoking allowed indoors, on our patio, or anywhere except in the property's designated smoking area. We cannot accommodate pets per the rules of our condo Association.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Clean, modern and quiet with great accommodations. Awesome location right on the beach with easy access. We hope to come back soon and spend more time exploring the island. We will definitely stay at this condo when we return.

We had a wonderful stay on Sanibel! The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. The pool and beach were fantastic. We'd love to have had a few more basics stocked at the condo (counter cleaner, extra TP and paper towel) but the kitchen had everything we needed and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and beautiful family memories!
There really isn't much more to say. The unit and location were perfect for our wants and needs. Couldn't be happier with the entire process. Our host was very welcoming and responsive. Hope to come back again sometime.
I brought my college-aged daughter and friends with me for our first visit to Sanibel. After a long trip, we walked into the prettiest, coziest place and felt right at home. Had plenty of space for 5 ladies and everything we needed to cookie and sleep there. The pool was great and the beaches with those amazing shells were a quick walk to get to. The area is quiet and the girls were able to relax. We will be back with family next spring break!
The condo is immaculate! There is a binder on the coffee table with several great suggestions and although some of the numbers didn't work, the places we went were great!The island is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but we went in the off season and everywhere we we there was no waiting. 10/10
Breakers West A-6 is a spectacular condo with every amenity you can imagine. Immaculate inside and out. Screened in porch is perfect for evening dinners. Loved the location and walked the beach(shelling) every day. The pool was crystal clear and perfect temperature too. Just can't beat watching the sunrise and sunset in the gulf.
What a beautiful place! This condo had everything and more and it’s steps from the beach. On days we weren’t at the beach, we were checking out the shops and restaurants close by. The building is very nice and quiet. The entire space is beautifully maintained. Central location, you can easily walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Dennis, the owner gave us some great recommendations. He was so easy to work with and was great with communication. For this trip we didn’t have any kids with us but I can’t wait to book this exact spot again for a family vacation. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we will be back!
We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy.
We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless.
We had a wonderful time at Breakers West. The condo was absolutely spotless. It was the only condo group that was occupied due to the recent storms. The shells were piled up 3-4 feet in some spots on the beach due to the storms. The Island is rebuilding but we found plenty of spots open for lunch and dinner. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for a week stay. We would highly recommend this property.
Nice. We liked ground floor and closeness to end of building nearest to the beach. Parking was near unit. Kitchen stuff was good. We were disappointed that kuerig wasnt available and that table only had benches and no chairs.
Wonderful location and beautifully renovated condo. Just steps away from the beach and all those seashells! The owners and the concierge were easy to work with and accessible. First time back from the storm and the building has done an amazing job getting things back up and running. Happy to see the Island making its way back, so much admiration for all those who have put in the work and continue to support the Island to bring it back to its previous glory, as an amazing vacation destination, and a peaceful spot with gorgeous natural surroundings.
Of course the area was not pristine but they have been thru alot of hurricanes and besides we weren't there to admire the grounds. We found shells larger than ever found. The beach is covered with them. There were really good places to eat. Timbers was a favorite. There is easy access to a nice pool. The rooms were very clean. Decorations very nice. Totally enjoyed it. Communication so easy and supportive -- even for an old techno dummie like me. Totally appreciated.
Beautiful condo everything a family needs for a relaxing vacation! Kids loved the short walk to the beach, the pool and being on the first floor was a huge plus.
Beautiful, clean, well appointed ground floor condo with a short.. maybe 2 min walk to the beach. Everything in the condo was in outstanding condition… towels, sheets… comfy bed! Large screen TV’s, pots, pans, coffee maker… thoughtful to have the basic condiments. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

The location was just perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed being on the beach within a minute from our door of the condo.
Great place. Right on the beach. Really do need to wear bug spray and we needed lots of itch cream but that seems to be everywhere in the area. Not too busy but still plenty to do and see.
