The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm service really made a difference during my stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean and front desk was very helpful with everything we had questions about. Breakfast buffet had great variety and a nice balance between Korean and International selections. Location was easy to find, staff were helpful, respectful and welcoming. Surrounding scenery and close by walking/running path lined with cherry blossom trees is beautiful. Would definitely return! "Loved everything about the property except the fact that the building runs on central air. We were not able to cool the room because it was not yet considered spring/ summer weather and therefore they would not cool the building. Luckily the room windows opened and we were able to cool the room that way. Great space and accommodations! "

"I enjoyed my time at this property. It was very close to the metro/subway, many restaurants, the room was large and clean, and they provided as much free bottled water as you wanted. "Decent room, underfloor heating, nice shower in a wet room, fridge which they give bottles of water every day, secure and safe rooms & hotel staff and location is safe too. Suyu subway station is right next door to the hotel, the airport limousine drops you off right outside the hotel (1 minute walk maybe), theres a McDonalds, KFC, 7/11, Paris. Baguette, Subway and many other food places within a very close proximity. Would definitely stay again"

"The room was clean, except for a lot of hair on the floor in both the room and the bathroom. The shower pressure was excellent. The decor is a little outdated, but for the price, it’s great."
