The apartment of extreme elegance and hospitality is placed in a corner of a real paradise for the beauty of the sea, the transparency of the water, the diversity of white beaches and the beautiful marine park Tavolara, which offers a chance to discover angles nature. Ideally fantastic, breathtaking view, are the main features of Montepetrusu town just 15 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia .Splendido apartment, comfortable and well-groomed, with new furniture and tasteful, within a quiet and elegant residence with fantastic swimming pool, on the first floor with panoramic veranda, beautiful view, private entrance and private parking. As follows:
Living area: large living room with kitchen and sofa bed;
Sleeping area: a room with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds
Area bathroom with shower and all the comforts.

Un super point de chute au nord de San Teodoro et a proximité de plages de reve. Logement bien équipé, avec une terrasse couverte, et un accès immediat à la piscine. Pas de clim, mais la ventilation naturelle du logement permet de gerer.Tres bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Esperienza fantastica

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per 5 giorni; la proprietaria è stata super cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi evenienza. La casa è pulita, ordinata, molto bella e accogliente e situata a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge più gettonate del posto. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Abbiamo trovato questo appartamento quasi per caso:data la posizione della struttura e l'aggiunta della piscina,avendo 3 figli ci siamo subito convinti che facesse al caso nostro. Non ci siamo sbagliati. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione comodissima a tutte le più belle spiagge di San Teodoro e la piscina permetteva soprattutto ai bambini di concludere le giornate con un bel tuffo di ritorno dalle spiaggia o addirittura serale. Meritano un ringraziamento particolare i proprietari: la signora Marta molto cortese e attenta a soddisfare le nostre richieste di check in e check out. Abbiamo trovato tutto perfetto come da annuncio in line! Consigliatissimo a tutti, soprattutto a famiglie come la nostra.

Nice stay!

Enjoyed our stay, apartment is in a nice area with couple of good local restaurants. Nice and clean pool area. Apartment is located on the second floor it has some steps. Apartment is clean and has comfy beds. And big plus there is a safe in apartment.

Casa super, ottimale per 4 persone (2 coppie) Veranda spaziosa, d'estate si vive praticamente lì, casa pulita inserita in un residence con piscina(sfruttata ovviamente) Punto strategico per raggiungere la maggior parte delle spiagge. Wunderbarer Urlaub in Sardinien

Die Wohnung bietet alles was nötig ist. Die Anlage ist klein und familiär, man trifft sich am Pool. Lediglich der fehlende Ventilator an der Decke im zweiten Zimmer wäre noch gut zu ergänzen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und geben Tips für die Umgebung. Ein Auto sollte man schon haben, dann sind die Traumstrände Sardiniens innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub mit 2 Kindern

Die Wohnung ist relativ sauber. Im kleineren Schlafzimmer steht jedoch anders als abgebildet nur ein Bett, welches sich ausziehen lässt. Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht mehr ganz den Fotos, so gibt es beispielsweise nur eine Bialetti-Maschine zum Kaffeekochen und keine Filterkaffeemaschine und es fehlen Vorhänge in der Loggia (daher wird es dort ab Nachmittag sehr heiß). Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ausreichend groß, um dort richtig zu schwimmen. Alles in allem in Ordnung und für eine kleine Familie empfehlenswert.

Jag fattar inte de tidigare recensionerna... Lägenheten är sliten och köket har minimalt med utrustning. Ingen mikrovågsugn, ingen vattenkokare, ingen brödrost och dåliga köksredskap. Jag skulle tex mosa en banan med en gaffel och det gick inte för gaffeln var av så dålig kvalité att den böjde sig. Myggnäten har stora hål så myggen har fritt inträde så vi fick sova med myggmedel på. Åk inte hit under varma perioden juli/augusti om ni inte är van att sova i 30 graders värme för det finns ingen luftkonditionering, ett av rummen har dock en takfläkt. Ägaren gick inte att få tag på när vi kom fram heller, varken på telefon eller chatt. Det var mycket irriterande då nyckeln till parkeringsgrinden inte fanns i lägenheten, när jag fick tag på ägaren efter 2 dagar!! så visste han/hon om detta men hade glömt att meddela oss! Nä, man kan hyra något bättre än detta för samma pengar.

Quality apartment, big pool, quiet village outside San Teodoro

Secure private parking. The residence of about 20 apartments is set round a large pool and garden. The apartment is upstairs with your own front door. You have neighbours below but your are only overlooked from apartments on the other side of the pool. People came and went over the two weeks we were there but less than half the apartments were occupied so it was nice and quiet. Apartment has a fantastic large terrace that gets the evening sun. It overlooks the pool and has veiws of the mountains. The decor was fresh, clean and modern. The kitchen is small but well equipped and the fridge is large. You can choose to eat on the terrace or inside. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan but the second room that our children used does not. A plug in fan may necessary in July/August for this room as it was already 27C in the evening (June.) There are mosquito nets and shutters for all doors and windows. Hotel Lu Pitrali is 1 minute around the corner, it has wifi, a bar & gelateria. There are some restaurants in the village but a car is really advised if you stay here. San Teodoro and all the fabulous beaches are just a short drive away. It's also less than 30 minutes to Olbia airport. The owner was helpful and answered any questions. Overall this a great little base to explore San Teodoro and the surrounding area.

Il mare della zona non ha bisogno di commenti, purtroppo siamo stati in Sardegna nel periodo più turistico e affollato, Agosto e girando per San Teodoro e anche alla Cinta (la spiaggia principale) a volte la gente è davvero troppa; la nostra scappatoia è stata proprio la scelta azzeccata della casa che è in un piccolo paradiso di pace vicino alle spiagge meno affollate e più belle. Diciamo che a 7 minuti dalla movida di San Teodoro (di cui abbiamo comunque goduto a pieno) c'è la bellezza e la pace che sogni guardando le cartoline (piscina, sdraio, sole e aperitivi sul terrazzo), eravamo due coppie e ce la siamo proprio goduta. La casa è curata e piacevole, bel terrazzo, bel residence con piscina anche lui molto tranquillo e curato. A voler proprio trovare un difetto: manca il barbecue poi sarebbe stato perfetto. I padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili e cordiali e ci hanno anche suggerito qualche ristorante interessante.

Consigliatissimo. Super relax

Ottima location. L'appartamento è molto bello, accogliente e pulito; ha una bellissima terrazza coperta molto grande dove mangiare e rilassarsi. I proprietari sono molto cortesi e gentili. Fornita di tutte le comodità, ci hanno fornito anche sdraio private per la piscina e asciugamani. Il residence e la piscina sono altrettanto accoglienti e sono in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della zona. Super suggerito

Appartamento in bellissima posizione con piscina, dotato di tutte le comodità , noi abbiamo due bambini di 7 e 10 anni che si sono divertiti molto. Vicino a splendide spiagge. Era piacevol la sera cenare sul grande tertasso guardando il tramonto Il proprietario Giacomo è stato molto disponibile ed è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (18 und 15) in diesem Objekt. Die Wohnung in dieser sehr gepflegten Anlage hat uns super gefallen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir waren besonders begeistert von der großen, überdachten Terrasse, auf welcher wir die schönen sardischen Abende haben ausklingen lassen. Die Traumstände in Richtung San Teodoro / Budoni kannten wir bereits, waren von dieses aber erneut sehr angetan. Unser Gastgeber Giacomo hat alles zuverlässig organisiert und wir kommen gerne wieder.
