Cosy retreat in the midst of the Old City life

We had a wonderful stay with Rony, our host. He looked after us and was very flexible with our requests ! The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Tony was able to suggest a great list of places to enjoy the local Pantxos and wines He made our stay very comfortable indeed.

We had a great last minute stay here. Right in the heart of it all. Very clean, & convenient! Even though the washroom was shared there was no issue, and the bathroom was clean, and spacious.

This tidy little pensión is coveniently located in the middle of city center / old town. The room is comfortably appointed and features a window looking out over the busy walk street. The shared bathroom was large and clean at all times. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator available for leffovers. The host is communicative, kind and responsive.

This is the first time at this Pensión and we received a lovely welcome from the owners. The place is in the very heart of the old town which is perfect. Even an Asian pintox right outside the door. The room was great as we had the private bathroom which is fabulous for Three of us to have our own space. Probably better for a couple and not a 10 year old sleeping in the bed but we managed. Nice place to hit the town for pintxos and a drink of Txakoli. One last thing if you’ve ever seen Bar Nestor where they queue for daily Tortilla it’s right next door. Get there early though. Good location

The small pension is in a great location for access to bars restaurants and the beach etc. The room and bathroom were clean and it was quiet from the street however it was November. Excellent communication from host. The pillow on my bed was quite thin so I found it uncomfortable. Be aware that you share a bathroom across the hall with 2 other rooms. I thought 89 euros for one night in November was expensive but I think it was down to location. The public parking nearby very expensive at 27 euros overnight.

Be careful! This property doesn't have a private bathroom. There is only one bathroom to be share by all the bedrooms! So: 7 people, 3 rooms, one bathroom. This info is hidden! I think it's a scam!

Propriètaire trop gourmand !

Une salle de bain et wc dans la même pièce admettons , mais cette pièce est partagée par 3 chambres soit possiblement 8 personnes , c ' est trop , en plus on y lave sa vaisselle . Le prix devrait être inférieur . Bonne localisation .

Zwar im Zentrum von San Sebastian, aber keine öffentlichen Parkplätze vorhanden. Parkhäuser kosten etwa 30 Euro oder mehr pro Tag. Keine Reception, Kommunikation des Eintritts-Codes nur in Englisch (Spanisch und Hebräisch) per Telefon. Kein eigenes WC im Zimmer. Altes Mobiliar, zu ersetzen für diesen Preis!

Camera molto carina, pulitissima , in super centro . C’è il bollitore , la macchinetta del caffè , l’acqua . L’unico neo è che c’è un unico bagno senza finestre, per 3 camere da letto ( di cui 2 hanno 3 letti) , quindi se malauguratamente è occupato… diventa un grosso problema.
