The man who ran the hostel Unei was really lovely and helpful . The rooms was spacious and clean and fantastic location

Perfect location, clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful, though short stay at this Pension in San Sebastián. The location is right in the old, historic part of town with many various (pinxos?), tapas bars around. The pension owner was very friendly and helpful. The only small drawback is that there was no breakfast included with the stay, however there is coffee available.

旧市街の中で立地も良く、ホテル出たらすぐ飲んで食べれますw 従業員のお姉さんはとってもフレンドリーで、サンセバは2回目なのである程度は知っていましたが、地図におすすめのエリアやレストランなど色々書き込んで渡してくれて、かなり参考になりました！ ホテルも結構綺麗でシャワーも問題なく使えました☻ ドライヤーも備え付けがあるので大丈夫です。 フロントにネスプレッソみたいなのがあって、好きに飲んでいいと言われ、これも酔い醒めに結構良かったです☻ サンセバはまた行きたいので、ここのホテルはリピ決定です！

gut umsorgt mit traumstrand

rundum angenehm, sehr nette und hilfsbereite betreiber, gute schallschutzfenster gegen den lärm der altstadt. man bekommt sogar gratis strandhandtücher und sonnenschirme. und zum glück ist es auch eine unterkunft ohne eine nervende klimaanlage. nur zu empfehlen!

Charmante Pension au coeur de la vieille ville où il y a l'action et près de la plage. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Dû à l'emplacement central il y a du bruit la nuit, il faut simplement le savoir.

立地がとても良いです。 エレベーターはありませんが、オーナーがとても親切で部屋も快適、何度も日中帰りましたが、全く気になりませんでした。 オーナー不在の夜間は英語の話せないおじさんが待機しているのですが、共有スペース（無料のコーヒーあり）で顔を合わせるたび優しく微笑んでくださって、和みました。

Wonderful little hotel in Old Town

Great location, great room. Only issue was that is was really chilly when we were there and didn’t know how to turn on radiators. turns out night clerk does it but he speaks no English.

Perfect Location in San Sebastian

Pension Balerdi is the best in location. It is right in the center of the Parte Vieja. It is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Everything is near and the other sites are within walking distance. Our room is comfortable and with a spacious bathroom complete with bathroom amenities. We love the two balconies overlooking the Old town. WiFi is good. This is a pension house and not a hotel but we love the perfect location! This pension is highly recommended. (although in the early morning of our last day, there was no hot water in the shower room)

Location centrale et tres bon accueil. Bonnes fenetres qui arrêtent le bruit de la rue, mais on ne peut pas dire la même chose pour la porte et le bruit de la réception, qui est tout près.

Wounderful place. Perfect location in the old town. Excellent facilities and wonderful coffee in the morning. I highly recommend the pension for your next visit in in San Sebastian. Una pensión con excelente ubicación

El lugar posee una ubicación inmejorable, es muy cómodo.Unai, el anfitrión, y quien lo acompaña son muy pero muy amables y cordiales.A la pensión se accede por escaleras( este puede ser un obstáculo), en mi caso Unai me ayudó y subió la maleta por mí, cuando me fui la bajé yo( sólo estaba un señor de seguridad porque era muy temprano).Todos los días me dejaban 2 botellitas de agua pequeñas y se podía tomar té o café si uno lo quería( esto está en la recepción) y hay dentro de la habitación tazas y capsulas para el café.Mis dudas siempre fueron orientadas y aclaradas.Por las noches hubo algunos ruidos externos al hotel porque está en el Casco antiguo, frente al mercado la Bretcha. Unai tiene una pizarra en la que escribe con marcadores y una letra increíble referencias al tiempo, a la marea, sugerencias para comer. ¡Volvería a la pensión sin dudas!Estoy conforme y muy agradecida.Hice desde San Sebastian pueblecitos del país vasco francés y fui a Bilbao.Me encantó.Mi estancia fue de 5 días.

Basic Accommodations, great location

Location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. The accommodations are VERY basic. No cleaning of the room while you're there, uncomfortable bed, stuffy and the walls are very thin. If you are looking for a night with a clean bed and not much else, this is a great spot.

Great Room and Customer Service!

Our stay at Pension Balardi was fantastic! We arrived before check in time and Unai welcomed us warmly. He provided great tips about food and sights of interest and even answered questions while we were out on the town. The room was also quite comfortable and clean. The pension is located in a great part of town - near all of the tapas bars! We highly recommend the pension for anyone looking for a nice room in a great location in San Sebastián.
