En la recepción no encontramos a nadie ni para check in ni check out, llamamos al número que aparece en la reserva y nadie contestaba, cuando el personal del hotel llegó estaban atendiéndonos de mala manera, no nos preguntaron nada ni tuvimos que llenar ningún tipo de documento, nos dieron la llave y se fueron.
