"The apartment was in a good location easy to get to family in San Polo, close to great shopping and sites such as Rialto Bridge and San Marco. It appears before our stay that a pre arrival check was not done. Someone had taken down drapes and left pieces of curttain rods on the ground and hanging off the wall. The very dirty drapes were left unwashed in the washer and the blow dryer did not work. The stairs were under construction which was an issue as the apartment was a fourth floor walk...

"We loved this villa and the location was excellent. However, there was a few misses. There were AC units in each of the two bedrooms, but none in the main living area/kitchen, or in the bathroom. This made it extremely difficult to get ready in the bathroom because it was so hot. A portable AC in the living space and/or bathroom would've made it a 4.5-star option."
