Si habia tiendas cerca y el clima en la habitacion buena transporte cerca
Cuando llegamos la habitación que nos daban tenía cucarachas enormes, el internet lento, los ventiladores no sirven, la TV sin buena señal, nos quedamos dos noches y no hicieron la limpieza. Nunca salió agua caliente de la regadera.

El mapa marca llegada al hotel sobre la av. principal, llegamos, tuvimos que subir escaleras sin ningún tipo de señalización para encontrarnos que la puerta estaba cerrada y que la entrada es por la calle de atrás. Estábamos cansados después de 1 de trabajo y el vuelo, llegamos a las 10pm con maletas y mi novia embarazada y pedimos entrar por esa puerta pero nos fue negado. Dado que era lo único a nuestro alcance tuvimos que dar la vuelta. La recepcionista nos pidió disculpas al explicarle y reconozco que se portó bastante amable y nos mejoró la habitación sin cargo extra. No conocimos realmente el hotel ni disfrutamos de la alberca pues solo llegamos a dormir. En el cuarto no había toallas ni jabón ni papel, quiero pensar que no lo tenían agendado aunque si estaba limpia, pedimos estos intento objetos en recepción y nos los dieron sin problema, entonces estamos satisfechos.
Es un lugar que cumple con la descripción, es céntrico, de fácil acceso, cerca de centros comerciales y avenidas principales, me pareció una muy buena opción y cumplió con mis expectativas
Reservé una cuádruple con dos camas matrimoniales,Al llegar al hotel el cuarto que se reservó según ya no estaba disponible, me asignaron otra según una suite con cama king size donde dormimos tres,muy incómodos, mucho ruido de música en otras habitaciones,el baño tapado,la zona de regadera sin puerta ni cortina,no hay personal de limpieza diario por lo que el cuarto nunca lo arreglaron,la zona tiene de todo,hasta enfrente está Chedraui,bar,taquería,comedores para desayunar, vendedores ambulantes,un puente que lleva cerca a la playa Zicatela,la alberca es pequeña pero está limpia,ni toallas nos ofrecieron...no hay agua ni para beber en la habitación, en ese hotel solo de paso por una noche sería lo recomendable y solo
