Was late and we were tired

The first room given to us the tv was not working there was no cable box and there were exposed wires coming out of a wall . The second room was okay but the bathtub looked as if it had not been cleaned or may need to be replaced we didn't shower there either way. The young lady at the front desk was really friendly though

First room reeked of smoke. Second room was a bit better but the smoke alarm was on the dresser not plugged in. The bedspread has cigarette holes in it. We go two little pillows and only two small towels. Will never stay here again!

Historia de Terror en Summit Inn Hotel & Suites.

La peor experiencia, hice una reservación por 3 noches y ésta fue nuestra historia: 1.- A nuestra llegada se nos asignó una habitación que tenía suelto el toallero del baño, basura en la alfombra, el extremo de la cortina de una ventana estaba suelto y el equipo de aire acondicionado goteando sobre la alfombra. 2.- Al reportar esta situación con la persona encargada (una joven de aproximadamente 20 años y con una actitud sumamente negligente), nos asignó una segunda habitación. 3.- Al estar instalándonos en esta segunda habitación, tocaron a la puerta dos hombres diciéndonos que esa era su habitación (por cierto que había en el ambiente un fuerte olor a mariguana), regresamos nuevamente con la mujer encargada y disculpándose comentó que nos asignaría una tercera habitación. 4.- Al entrar a esta tercera habitación, notamos que había restos de uñas junto a la cama, la silla del escritorio no tenía dos ruedas y estaba muy sucia, y había sobre el tocador una botella de agua abierta. La peor parte de esta historia fue que al abrir el frigobar para guardar unas botellas de agua, salió un desagradable olor a putrefacción y había restos de sangre en el interior, lo que nos obligó a salir corriendo de la habitación. 5.- Al regresar de nueva cuenta con la encargada, muy tranquilamente se disculpó haciendo el trámite para devolver nuestro dinero a la tarjeta de crédito. Señores de Hoteles.com, ustedes no pueden tener a este hotel dentro de sus opciones de alojamiento.

Worst hotel..let see first i had to cable no towels came in my room than when i asked they had none..wow. Breakfast started ar 7am i went at 8am all they had was cereal..i could pay 10 for this type of hotel any Where else..for this price w better service i should of stayed at motel 6..i would of been able to shower n watch t.v..

I cant stress staying away from here enough. No pool (broke for years), no breakfast, no WiFi, and most everything else was broke. The parking lot lights don’t work, smoke detector was missing and much worse. Clothes stolen from the room.

Rated bad. Only 1 towel for shower. When taking shower water ran into the other part of bathroom almost had an accident. No tv control had to run back and forth just to get the tv on. No cups to drink anything nothing to eat for breakfast except cereal. Really. I will stick to my regular motels.

I had to switch rooms because the first one reeked of mold. I asked to move to a second room, on the same area as the group I was with since I was originally placed in a separate building alone, which only moderately reeked of mold. As someone with a high mold allergy, this made for a restless night. The shower had mold. The bed spreads had stains. The chair had a giant hole in it. There were no outlets by the beds to charge your phone. No cups to rinse out your mouth at night. Paper thin towels. Do not recommend, at all!!

Broke down ghetto not worth the money.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Never again would I waste money on the trash. First off passed it cause the lights were off pitch black, thought the place was closed down. And then upon arriving there were multiple police cars. When I asked what happen to the lights, the front desk lady said oh they’re on a timer. Liesss the never came on. I felt so unsafe. The room was discusting. Cigarette holes in the comforter, the paint was just slapped on the walls, the tub was dirty. Had one towel and a hand towel. No soap or shampoo, half a roll of toilet paper, a dirty stained up brown loveseat. An ironing board that was just sitting out like it was just used. The floor was dirty as in it didn’t even get vacuumed. The carpet was coming up too. Felt like I was going to get mugged. It was dark, dirty and ghetto

we was not pleases with this hotel

No Ice machine. the pool was out of commission, no coffee maker the breakfast was not what anyone call breakfast. no air condition in the lobby and dinning room where you eat breakfast.

Run down place. My room was not clean. Bed comforter and pillows were on the floor like someone was already staying in there. The lady at front desk was not very friendly or helpful. I desperately got my refund back through Expedia thank goodness.

DO NOT STAY! BEWARE!

Horrible experience, terrible stay. Front desk clerk had no customer service skills. Checking in to hotel was horrible, didn't feel welcomed. Water went out in hotel, seemed they didn't care. Offered a refund for the day only, didn't try to make it right. Rooms dirty, shower head filthy did not spray well due to gunk on it. Beds were uncomfortable and NO POOL! pool did have water, black moldy water. DO NOT stay, no manager to speak with until Monday, sad part.. I wasn't in that city on Monday... I stay frequently in this city, will NEVER stay here and will make sure to pass along my experience..
