The resort was nice, a little dated but still beautiful. The rooms definitely could use a little more attention. We didn’t have hand or face towels, and the upholstery on the couch was worn and stained. The pools were under maintenance for most of our stay, but the one day we were able to swim, the pool water was nice. Staff is friendly, but nothing extraordinary. The food was ok, drinks were watered down; overall it’s a 3/5 for me.

Super comfortable beds, great AC, amazing staff. We experienced a power outage, but would not have been able to tell except for the noise of the on-site generator. The resort was amazing and the staff was wonderful. They would meet you with a warm greeting every day and would always make themselves available. Diana, Gabriel, Brisa and Roberto gave wonderful recommendations for excursions, providing the utmost detail so nothing would catch us by surprise. Since we had children in our party, our concern was their safety and enjoyment, to which these four ensured we were properly informed of. Overall a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back.

Brissa and Diana from the concierge were amazing and so helpful! They made dinner arrangements for us each night, scheduled a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and I and even gave us a last minute late checkout. All the staff was wonderful from the bartenders Manuel and Mariela, to the wait staff Julian. All the restaurants were delicious. We felt so taken care of. It was an amazing trip. We recently stayed at Krystal Grand Los Cabos and left with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the location is absolutely stunning. The resort is right on the beachfront, and the grand ocean views from the property are breathtaking. ​However, our experience was impacted by a couple of major downsides. First, the main pool was completely closed for two days during our stay, which was incredibly disappointing for a beach resort vacation. Additionally, the food layout was a hit-or-miss; one evening was advertised as a Mediterranean theme night, but the actual food served was definitely not Mediterranean. ​If you are looking strictly for an incredible view and great beach access, this place hits the mark. But they definitely need to improve their consistency with food themes and pool maintenance.
