"Best deal for the money in San Ignacio, also have car rental available at the guest house. Very clean comfortable rooms, the owner and his family live next to the guest house and are very kind and generous people. "

"The cabin was pleasant, had basic necessities. I deducted two stars because there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from the host. The site said there would be no one present at check in and directions would be sent prior to arrival. I heard nothing, even after reaching out multiple times. I was concerned about arriving in early evening and not knowing how to get in. Turns out there was a lock with a key in it in the front door. Also, not this host’s fault, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get through...

"They never contacted me to give me information on how to access the property, and did not respond to messages. I was forced to last minute rebook over the Holidays, and now hotels are refusing to give me a full refund."
