Views of San Gimignano

Great location with great views of the Tuscan country side. And who could forget the view of San Gimignano. Close to Sienna and many wineries Bruno, our host, was the best. He looked after us and showed his concern for our well being always. Highly recommend this place

Picturesque location in Tuscany

Couldn’t ask for a prettier Tuscan countryside location. We were there for 9 days, rented a car and saw a lot of Tuscany. San Gimignano was our hands down favourite city and this location is just a long walk away. There’s about 8 apartments on a functioning olive/grape farm and small forest, which you can wander around at your leasure (which we did, a big plus). The apartment we stayed in was plenty large for 2 couples. 2 adequately sized bedrooms and two good sized washrooms with small showers. The beds were uncomfortable. The kitchen, while large was poorly equipped and furnished compared to other places we stayed at on our trip, but probably adequate for shorter stays. Generally the place was cheaply furnished inside and not well maintained. With just a little more effort this could be a 5 star location.

Italy trip stop 2

Apartment was better than I expected. The entire property was amazing and Bruno was always available for anything and provided suggestions for local food and events. It is over a 1-hr drive to Florence so do not book an early tour if you are planning on driving on the day of the tour.

Absolutely beautiful

Our Tuscan stay!

Owner Bruno was wonderful and accommodating! We had a very hard time locating the property as we were unable to get our GPS to recognize the address. Otherwise, the property was incredible and we enjoyed every minute.

alles war gut organisiert, vor allem das Management vor Ort war perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können. Nur drei Weingläser unterschiedlicher Größe ist etwas zu wenig.

Superbe vacances a San Gimignano

Nous avons adoré la beauté du paysage autour de la maison la vue est magnifique. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine. Le petit point negatif est que San Gimignano est un peu loin de tous les endroits à voir en Toscane donc il faut rouler au moins 1h pour voir pise, Florence, Sienne ou pour aller à la plage... Mais nous ne regrettons pas car San Gimignano vaut vraiment le coup ce village est manifique! Pour l'appartement il serait bien d'ajouter un peu de vaisselle comme des bols par exemple pour déjeuner. Nous avons fait sans tampis. Sinon super, Bruno est tres gentil et serviable! Merci !

Magique !

Notre séjour à Montegonfoli a été superbe. Une semaine dans cet endroit magnifique, très bien entretenu et avec une vue splendide sur le village de San Giminiano. L’accueil de Bruno est parfait. Nous avons vraiment apprécié sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Grand merci à lui ! Pléthore de visites possibles tout autour : Volterra, Sienne, San Giminiano… Nous reviendrons !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben. Ein charmanter Ferienhof umgeben von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen. Zauberhafte Städte in der Nähe. Der Pool hat uns sehr geholfen, die Temperaturen auszuhalten. Danke für das schöne Ferienerlebnis.

Overall we had a wonderful time. Very beautiful and relaxing. The property manager was very helpful! Pool very clean and refreshing. A car is a must as walking to anything off the property is not really possible. WIFI access unfortunately was never available, while limiting can prove to be a good thing to completely disconnect.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, schön gelegen, super betreut und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen! Der Hausverwalter ist super freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Pool wurde zweimal am Tag gesäubert, spitze! Sehr zu empfehlen, vielen Dank! The apartment is clean, nice location, great care and we enjoyed our stay! The caretaker is super friendly and always helpful. The pool was cleaned twice a day, great! Highly recommended, Thanks a lot!
