"Room was exactly what we needed -- spacious with functioning A/C, wifi, and a clean bathroom. Building is certainly older and may not be as "chic" as some newer hotels but we loved its charm and ease. Location was great, seating areas around the hotel were great, staff were friendly and helpful"

Concierge services were not very good at all. I also checked out a day earlier and was not able to receive reimbursement for leaving a day earlier. I spent almost two week at your hotel."
