Do not stay here ever!

The stay was frustrating starting from checkin until checkout! Terrible rooms. Had to change the room. And the same issues again.Clogged toilets, non functional phone, bed linens full of lint, trash not cleaned until asked for. Had to go to the front desk for every request to be serviced!

Habitacion Asignada

Llegamos al Hotel y estaba nuestra reservación, el check inn fue rápido y no hubo ningún problema, cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación estaba ubicada a un costado del elevador muy cómoda ubicación, pero al entrar a ella, era una habitación habilitada para gente discapacitada, muy amplia pero el baño y la regadera estaban habilitados para este tipo de personas, lo cual no fue muy cómodo para bañarse, ya que no tenia regadera, solo era el tubo con regadera, y tenia una silla grande bajo la regadera, doblada hacia el muro, y al bañarse, todo el baño se mojaba por que no existen los topes para que no se salga el agua de la regadera por ser una habitación para gente discapacitada. Solicite a recepción el cambio de habitación, y el encargado contestó que como era una reservación de expedia, no podían darme el cambio de habitación ya que daban prioridad a los huéspedes que hacen reservaciones a través de su pagina. Una de las cobijas de una de las camas tenia un cierto olor desagradable, y solo quitamos la cobija de la cama, con eso solucionamos el problema.

ホテル全体的に清潔感はありましたが、ドアを入ってすぐのキチネット(冷蔵庫、レンジ、コーヒーメーカーなど)の場所にりんごを置いておいたら極小のアリがたかっていて良く見たら無数の極小アリがキチネットの上を歩いていてビックリしました。 2日目ハウスキーパーもちゃんとタオルなどを初日のように補充してくれずちょっと便利さが欠けました。あと、チェックイン時に朝食の時間、チェックアウトの時間を教えてもらえなかった。 朝食も遅めに行くとあまり残っていませんでした。

Great distance and location to Big Bear! Our suite was clean and we had Mountain View’s! The complimentary breakfast was great as well!

Clean, good place for the area

The hotel is close to the freeway and has a number of stores nearby. If you need to be in the part of San Bernardino, it is comfortable.

Clean and comfortable.

We stayed here because it was close to the friends we were visiting. We had to make and cancel our reservation three times as we were not sure we’d be able to drive through the fire areas in time. We arrived late and tired, but we were warmly greeted and although the check in guy seemed new and needed help, both men were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and passed my bedbug testing. Bed was really comfortable. The room was nice and quiet. That’s all I ask!

It took over 20 minutes just to check-in and then when I went up to the room they had given me a dirty room. So I had to go back down and re-check in which took another 10 minutes! Unbelievable! And upon returning to my room later that night the entire hotel reeked of pot!! I'll never stay there again....

No Expedia Reservation

They did not have this reservation even though I had numerous emails from Expedia showing confirmation of reservation. Additionally they refused to help contact Expedia to find this reservation. And one of the desk clerks whispered to our desk clerk to tell us there are no available rooms. Room was "tired" in appearance. And they allow smoking at the front entrance so every time you exit you are hit with a blast of smoke from cigarettes.

Asked for late check out but it seems like these low class hotels can never get it correct. As usual they send a non English speaking maid to.wake.me.up an hour before my checkout time.

People talking in the front of building all night!

The wall is too thin and people were talking in the front of building all night, can't sleep! The house keeping was terrible, they didn't clean up bathroom for a few days even I had asked the room services. Almost the worst hotel I ever stayed. I am not recommend this hotel to anyone!

left some stuff in my room, room cleaners found it and returned to lost and found. general manager ensured to overnight items back quickly. most people extremely nice. couple receptionists were a bit short tempered and were quick to interrupt a conversation
