We had told them what time we would be there to meet for check in and the door was locked, once we knocked on the door, we were met by someone. They didn’t properly check us in just gave us a key and showed us the room. No passports were taken upon check in. Yes, she said the key worked for the room and the front door but as we went to the place today the door was locked by two locks and we only had a key for the bottom lock not the deadbolt. The same lady barely let us in even though through the glass we showed her the keys. She had to unlock the upper lock which we didn’t have a key for. Only for her to show us that the key unlocks the bottom lock which we knew but both were locked. This being the second time not being able to get into the hotel we didn’t want to chance being locked out later that evening. Their entire check in process is flawed and felt very unorganized and didn’t give us the confidence that we wanted to stay there so we gladly gave back the keys. As everything here things aren’t as advertised, and we felt it was the right call to go to another accommodation. One that we felt we could access the accommodations at all times. That shouldn’t be a lot to ask.

A pousada é cara para o que oferece. Quase não víamos funcionários no estabelecimento. Além de não ter água quente, mudamos de quarto duas vezes: a primeira porque o ar condicionado quebrou, e, apesar da ciência da funcionária que insinuou ser nossa culpa e que teríamos de mudar de quarto. Como não providenciou a mudança, tivemos que adentrar um quarto vazio. Na segunda vez, faltou água. Apesar de termos sido acordados bem cedo com a pergunta se tínhamos agua, nada foi feito. Diante da impossibilidade de continuar, optamos por mudar de pousada. A unica vantagem é que fica no centro, próximo do centro.

Buena precio/calidad

En octubre 2021 costó 144.000 COP una habitación para dos personas, espero que el precio se mantenga. Excelente ubicación, habitación con nevera, Tv con canales nacionales, baño y aire acondicionado. Dan llaves de la entrada al hotel también, puedes entrar y salir cuando quieras. Lo negativo es el internet súper lento y que el ruido de los demás huespedes te pueden levantar a media noche cuando llegan borrachos
