Sobre o hotel portobelo, nos hospedamos por apenas uma noite pra ficar mais próximo ao aeroporto. O hotel tem boa localização, mas dá pra ouvir o burburinho das ruas. O quarto é grande mas achei o quarto e o hotel cheio de escadas e se tiver distraído acaba tropeçando. Eu e meu marido sempre tropeçamos. O café da manhã não era no local. Tinha que andar um quarteirão. Mas o café da manhã era beeem fraco. O café era ruim, o suco era ruim, poucas opções de pães, só duas opções de frutas. Tinham 4 pratos quentes que também não eram gostosos. O wi-fi não se conectava no quarto, nem no restaurante. apenas no saguão do hotel. Aí sempre ficavam uns grupos no saguão olhando o celular. As pessoas que atendiam eram simpáticas. Tanto da recepção, como da limpeza e do restaurante. A vantagem é que o táxi pro aeroporto foi super rápido e barato e tinham MTS opções de táxi na porta.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado pero tiene dos problemas importantes 1) El agua caliente ( en 7 dias me pude bañar con agua caliente solo una vez) cuando uno hace el reclamo siempre la excusa es diferente 2) S i te toca las piezas que dan a la calle se hace muy dificil dormir porque seguido al hotel hay un lugar que vende bebidas alcohólicas y se junta mucha gente hasta altas horas de la noche y hacen mucho disturbios

tuve que exigir el cambio de hotel, no solo reunía minimamente las estrellas que promociona la pagina. NUNCA tuve una habitación peor. Después de discutir me trasladaron al portobelo que esta frente al casino. Ahi estuve muy conforme

El ama de llaves de portobelo boulevard muy grosera. El aire acondicionado era deficiente psra una habitacion familiar grande se le pidio abanicos y fue reacia. El agua salio sucia y el tv no sirvio. Tuvieron q cambiarnos al portobelo convention donde fue mejor la estadia.

Horário de check out não respeitado

Segundo a minha reserva do site Hoteis.com, meu check out poderia ser feito até as 15h, mas o hotel não honrou a reserva, mesmo eu mostrando o papel da reserva. A muito custo, nos deixaram sair às 14h. Solicitei um quarto com vista para o mar, mas falaram que eu deveria pagar 50.000 pesos colombianos a mais por dia por isso, o que não estava discriminado na reserva. Além disso, nos colocaram num quarto sem janela! Wi-fi apenas na recepção. O quarto era limpo, e a limpeza feita diariamente. Contudo, apesar de haver água quente no chuveiro, ele esquentava e esfriava constantemente, tornando inviável um banho agradável. Sabonete e shampoo não eram repostos. As atendentes não sabiam dar informações sobre passeios, e eram bem lentas no atendimento. O café-da-manhã, oferecido em outro hotel da rede, a poucos metros de distância, era simples, mas justo e de qualidade (havia sempre 2 frutas, arepas, torradas, frios, ovos mexidos, pães, suco, café, leite e cereais.

O hotel tem um bom custo-benefício se comparado aos preços praticados na ilha. O hotel é limpo, as atendentes foram sempre solicitas e o quarto, apesar do hotel ficar em um local movimentado, é bem silencioso. Os banheiros são bons e a ducha quente e agradável. O hotel tem wi-fi grátis, mas só funciona na recepção. A localização é ótima, em frente a praia e próximo ao comércio.

Hotel bem localizado, de frente para o mar, no meio da Peatonal (calçadão da praia), o que por consequência tem o inconveniente de não permitir o trânsito de carros, obrigando o hóspede a carregar as suas malas por cerca de 100 metros para chegar no hotel. O hotel é bem simples, sem elevador, o que também obriga o hóspede subir as escadas carregando as suas bagagens, caso não consiga apartamento no térreo. O café da manhã é bom, com uma boa variedade de frutas , pães e queijos e é servido no hall do hotel Portobelo Beach, também localizado na Peatonal a cerca de 200 metros, aonde está toda a infraestrutura de atendimento da rede, inclusive com uma atendente para auxiliar na obtenção de passeios turisticos.

Sencillo pero cómodo y agradable

El hotel es un hotel sencillo, pero cómodo y agradable. Las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, televisión y agua caliente. Las instalaciones son muy limpias, diariamente nos cambiaban toallas, tendian las camas y hacian aseo a las habitaciones. El desayuno delicioso y la atención del personal es muy buena.
