Highly recommend!

We had a great time here, the place is in a beautiful spot, a bit away from the busy center. Our room looked out right to the ocean, will miss waking up to this view. All staff were super friendly, welcoming and supportive to make our stay great. Breakfast freshly prepared every morning with good variety. Bones points for the cute cats and dogs always happy for a cuddle :)

La atención de Shaida y su mamá es excelente, cálida, al pendiente de nosotros y todas nuestras necesidades y dudas. El lugar es limpio, y cálido. Está cerca del inicio del malecón, pero lejos del relajo, así que lo hace ideal para descansar, hermosa vista, amplio jardín para descansar.

Lugar incrível, com pessoas acolhedoras, tem um café da manhã muito gostoso… tem água quente no chuveiro, podemos contemplar um por de sol maravilhoso desse local… é mais afastado do centro, porém, é um local tranquilo que faria voltarmos novamente.

Algunas cosas por mejorar.

En general fue bueno relación al precio. Sin embargo hay un par de comentarios con fines de mejora para el hotel. El primero es que desde la llegada NO te dicen que entraran a tu habitación a organizar la cama y sacar la basura, por lo cual esl puede generar malos entendidos deberian siempre que un huesped llegue avisarles que eso lo haran todos los dias asi uno no se lleva sorpresas y se presta para malos entendidos, por otro lado dentro de lo mismo que entraban un dia nos dejaron la puerta abierta mas de medio dia hasta que nosotros llegamos tarde en la noche con todas nuestras pertenencias de valor adentro gracias a Dios no se perdió nada. De igual forma como ultimo comentario si realizan el ingreso al cusrto todos los dias deberian verificar cosas basicas como lo son toallas, papel de baño etc. Duramos mas de 5 dias con las mismas toallas las cuales al final ya olian a humedad. Cosas que si las mejoran convertirian el alojamiento en uno excelente.

Ótimo acolhimento.

É preciso de algum tipo de transporte para chegar ao centro da Ilha, mas a distância é pequena. O hotel é super agradável e fomos muito bem recebidos. Voltaria com certeza.
