Great little gem in the middle of Samarkand

This hotel was fantastic. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but once you enter, it is very nice. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very efficient and nice.

The hotel has an excellent location, few minutes walk from Registan Square. The room is large, clean. There was a pretty persistent mushy smell in the bathroom, and the shower head was not working properly.

Great little boutique hotel!

Excellent, clean boutique, with in five minutes of Registan Square. Even though the young man that works here doesn’t speak English very well, he is super kind, and contacts the manager by phone, if he doesn’t understand something you say. Breakfast is plenty, and delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, most of the ancient mosques in walking distance. Most important, very comfortable beds(softer) not hard like concrete. I didnt expect comfort of this level. Decent breakfast, and since there is so many little restaurants and caffee shops near by, its not that big deal to have it. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Our stay was just perfect. Can recommend everyone. Thank you

Overall a good guest house with some problems. It is very close to Registan square but not close to Timur mausoleum where most tours start. Breakfast is included and nice enough but served in a basement room with no windows. For me this was unpleasant. The front desk person is a very nice guy trying to be helpful but he does not speak any English. Difficult communication. Rooms are very large but not necessarily to my taste. Bright white lights everywhere. Needs more soft yellow lighting in the rooms. WiFi did not work in my room. Had to go to the common area often. You are expected to take off your shoes at the entrance of the hotel. I find this weird especially since the carpets inside have plenty of stains. Lastly I’m not sure why they call it a boutique hotel. It is a regular guest house.

大人3人、家族旅行で利用いたしました。 全室6部屋くらいの小さなホテルです。 立地:★★★★★5 レギスタン広場から徒歩5分程度です。 レギスタン広場のプロジェクションマッピングや、ライトショーを見ると遅くなってしまうのですが こちらでしたら徒歩圏内なのでとても便利です。 お部屋:★★★★⚫︎4.5 2階のお部屋に宿泊いたしました。 とても広いお部屋で、ベッドはキングサイズが2台ありました。内装もオシャレで高級感がありました。 お部屋はトータル50m2近くあるのではないでしょうか。 基本的に素晴らしいのですが もっと良くしていただけるのでしたら バスタブが座りやすいように人の足の形に形どられているのですが、それが反対にちょっと使いにくかったので通常の何もないバスタブに変更していただきたいくらいです。 スタッフ:★★★★★5 ご家族経営でしょうか？男性のスタッフの方がメインで対応されておりましたがとても親切で 5つ星のコンシェルジュレベルのご対応をしてくださいました。 タクシーなども呼んでくださいます！ 朝食:★★★★★5 朝食会場はホテル地下一階です。 セットメニューで食べきれないほどの量がテーブルに並んでいます。笑 卵料理はオーダー可能ですし、 できたてのクレープや揚げパン？はとても美味しかったです。 サマルカンドは絶対にレギスタン広場近くがおすすめです。 こちらのホテルは日本人の方も多く泊まっておりました。 とてもおすすめです。

中庭が素敵なホテルです。部屋も広くベッドも広くて綺麗でした。フロントと食堂が暗いのがマイナスポイント。掃除は入ったり入らなかったりでお水も置いてある日とない日があり、そこら辺をきっちりしてくれたらもっと良かったと思います。

サマルカンドを家族旅行で訪れた際に2泊利用しました。 内装もとてもおしゃれで非常に過ごしやすいホテルでした。 スタッフもとても親切で丁寧な対応です。 朝食もも個々で作ってくれました。 ドル支払いを希望したところ、お釣りにドルがないとなり、急いで近隣のホテルで両替をしてきてくれました。 また、初日シャワーのお湯が出にくかったので、オーナーに伝えたところ、翌日には熱湯が出るほど改善されていました。 部屋が広すぎて暖房が効くまで寒かったのと、部屋の鍵が掛けづらかったので、修理されるともっと良いと思います。 また家族で訪れる際はぜひ利用したいです。

Boutique hotel gestito da personale locale. Sono molto gentili e attenti. Letto king size con materasso di ottima rigidezza e confort. Colazione prevalentemente basata su frutta fresca e secca Unico neo la mancanza di un insegna o almeno di un cartellino sulla porta col nome dell'hotel. La sera dell'arrivo è stato difficile trovarlo anche per il taxista locale.
