The staff was very willing and welcoming. My room left a lot to be desired. There are stains on the wall (??) bathroom door does not close, missing glass. The property needs a deep cleaning. It is in a prime location. If only the staff pays attention to cleanliness and update torn curtains, scent in rooms etc.

Beautiful Hotel. The rooms are very big and everything is clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Breakfast was very good and the location is minutes away from the center of Samarkand.

Hotel bastante bien situado con habitación bien de tamaño, pero ruidosa (perros ladrando toda la noche, aire acondicionado). Personal muy amable. Lo único el desayuno tardío (a las 8:00) un inconveniente con respecto a las excursiones que empezaban temprano, aunque nos dejaron desayunar a las 7:30 previo aviso. Por lo demás un hotel recomendable.

Das war ein super gute Wahl-gute Lage-alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hotel ist neu, sehr gute Frühstück, große Zimmer - sehr sauber, sehr viele Handtücher, jeden Tag geputzt. Es gibt ein Kühlschrank und jeden Tag Wasserfläschchen - was für diese Klima sehr wichtig ist. Das beste war der Pool - sehr schön und gepflegt. Gute Restaurant und unglaublich hilfsbereite Personal. Einfach einwandfrei ! Sehr geehrte Faridun - wenn du dass ließt - vielen Dank für deine Hilfe und Aufmerksamkeit, mach weiter so - du bist Klasse !!!
