It’s a very nice place to stay in Samarqand. The staff are friendly and very kind. Every morning there is delicious break serves! There are also several shops where you can buy snacks and drinks/ there are some really nice restaurant near by as well. I highly recommend to all!

Stayed here for 10 nights. 4 nights room was not cleaned. Toilet not working had to remove cistern at top to flush toilet. Shower was barely a trickle of water. Lights not on at top of stairs,nearly broke my leg. Had to use mobile phone with torch to open door with key. Eventually moved to another room for 4 nights which was better but not much. Room not cleaned again for 2 nights. An absolute deplorable hotel.

Nice staff shame about the hotel.

Booked it based on the fact it shows up as a short distance from the main sites in the city. Once we were there it was not. Anyways the www connection was atrocious from day one then the staff did all they could do to help. Very helpful staff though. Oh the beds were really hard. In hindsight you should book further out as taxis are so cheap. You can get better hotels. It’s a shame as the staff were amazing!

The room is just okay but very dated. In three days there wasn’t anyone on the front desk to get information. I didn’t sign in or out of the hotel. I felt bad for the one woman who seemed in charge of breakfast, cleaning and making up of the rooms as it was just her and no support .

2泊しました。 部屋は綺麗でしたがチェックイン、チェックアウトなどにものすごい時間かかりました。 2泊で予約したのに1泊分で処理されていて、 もう1泊するための手続き(コピーしていた領収書を見せて説明)にも時間がかかりました。 チェックイン時に不安を覚えたので 口コミを見るとチェックアウトで40分位待たされたという情報が… 翌日は早朝のタシュケント行き列車に乗る為、6時45分までにはチェックアウトしないといけなかったので、念の為予定より40分位早くチェックアウトの手続きをしました。 24時間フロント対応と記載ありますが、ただ座っているだけのスタッフなのか、手続きに手間取っていて口コミ通り40分位待たされました。 他にも色々ありましたが長いので割愛します。

朝食開始時間の7時、調理された料理3種（卵焼き、野菜炒め、ソーセージ）はバイキングコーナーに並んでいない。並んでいるのは、チーズやハム、パンなど調理不要の食材だけ。調理された料理3種が全て並べられたのは7時20分頃。 初日の朝、スタッフが寝坊したのかと思ったが、2日目の朝も同様だった。

Very kind and helpful staff

環境良い。隣は公園あり、夜まで散歩行っても安全だったので、フロントのスタッフは優しくて、列車のチケット取ってくれた。朝ごはんはまあまあ。毎日あまり変わらない。設備も古い、熱いシャワーお湯をちゃんと出てくるし。泊まるのが快適でした。overall I got very nice stay .very safety walk at night time in park .

3 starts Hotel and it was closed and we searched for the staff to open the main door. However, staff were very nice people ( family business). Location was good.

The hotel was a bit too run down and in need of some repair. The hallways were pitch-dark in the evening. The front doors were closed and locked when we returned from dinner. We had to get the nearby shop owner to send someone to let us in. We requested “breakfast to go” and documents ready, as we had an early train. We were given a bag of crackers and cookies for breakfast and had to depart without documents.

В номерах не помешал бы косметический ремонт. Постояльцев было мало, свет в коридорах был постоянно выключен, видимо экономили. Заявленный завтрак представлял собой сосиску и яичницу в номер утром, ресторан не работал.

I do not recommend this hotel!

Very unclean place. The bathroom had not bean cleaned for a long time, the toilet didn't work, we had to walk around to 4 rooms before finding a toilet that worked... all four bathrooms was dirty but in the end, since it vas 01.00 in the morning we just took the room with a working toilet... and slept with our clothes on. We left the next morning without breakfast.

従業員の方々がフレンドリーで安心感があった。鉄道が深夜発だったので急遽一泊延ばしてもらったが、快く対応していただいた。 ただ、シャワーのお湯が出づらく、とても寒かった。ベッドは小さめ。

フロントで英語が通じないことが多く、大変でした。チェックアウトの際、英語ができない人が担当で、パソコンも使えなかったようで、宿泊登録証をなかなか印刷できず、本当に焦りました。泊まった部屋は広々していました。

使い勝手の良い便利なホテル

レギスタン広場にも歩いて行けるし、隣には酒屋やコンビニもあり、レストランも近くにあり凄く便利でした。部屋も広くてバスルームは清潔、調度品も落ち着いた感じが好感が持てました。

리셉션 아주머니가 굉장히 친절했고요, 전반적으로 조용한 분위기였습니다. 조식제공되긴 했는데 먹어보질 않아서 평가할 순 없네요. 한가지 흠은 내가 묵었던 방 잠금장치가 이상해서 카드키를 대고 몇번 손잡이를 흔들어야 문이 열린다는 정도? 다음에 또 가진 않을 것 같은데... 그래도 나쁘지 않은 경험이었습니다.

サマルカンド滞在期間中、4泊滞在しました。 ワインミュージアムのすぐ近くで、隣にスーパーがあるので便利です。 部屋は、他の方の書き込みを見て、若干構えて行きましたがそこまで悪くないかなと思いました。 ドライヤー、シャンプー、石鹸、歯ブラシ等だいたい揃っていました。 シャワーの水圧が弱いのが若干気になりましたが、宿のスタッフも親切でした。 宿の前の通りの99番のバスに乗ると、マーケットやシャーヒズィンダ、ウルグベクヘも行けるので便利です。 レギスタン広場やビール工場周辺の呑み屋街辺りまでは歩いて行けなくもないです。

Si vous voulez garder une crédibilité nous vous conseillons de supprimer cet hôtel de votre liste: clim fonctionnant de façon aléatoire par 44 degrés, douche bouchée, frigo inefficace, fuite de la douchette, petit déjeuner pitoyable, la gérante de l'hôtel était d'une agressivité peu commune et pour couronner le tout le dernier jour des écoles d'enfant dans tous les couloirs jouant avec les sonnettes et les portes jusqu'a 1h du matin. alors que notre hôtel a BOUKHARA (ville plus au Sud) était parfait...
