"have stayed a few times, always a good stay .only downside this time was I had interior room, no windows...like a dungeon except for that as usual the hotel never disappoints. staff wonderful, friendly and polite, breakfast 100% perfect...lobby bar area very nice and comfortable..."

"First off I was greeted very nicely by the front desk . Made to feel welcome. Then upon entering the room there was my photo and personal greeting on the TV . Wow was I surprised..never in the 25 years of traveling around the world havevi ever seen this as well as a note from the Big Boss. "Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine einzige Zumutung. Das Zimmer hat stark nach Rauch und Schimmel gestunken, die Klimaanlage war defekt und damit unbrauchbar. Im Badezimmer roch es penetrant nach Urin und Chlor, das Waschbecken war teilweise aus der Wand gerissen und insgesamt war alles fleckig, dreckig und extrem unhygienisch. "Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise."
