Not far from the city but it was not worth the price. No breakfast, no restaurant, animals in the room, broken bed, not bedsheets to everyone, reception opened at 2 pm, only telephone otherwise… it goes on and on.

Room in Really Poor Condition :(

The hotel is pretty old, well situated, near Central train station and 30 min walking distance to the old touristy part of the city. HOWEVER, for a 350$ per night, it's undoubtedly overpriced for the quality given. Dirty towels, broken showers doors, broken toilette (litteraly broken), no fan, no air conditioning, no lift, no shampoo, no sopas, no tissues, etc. The receptionist (the boss man) is a pretty nice and cool guy, but yeah, with the price paid per night, it is a bit outrageous.

Do not come to this hotel.

This was probably my worst experience ever. Rude staff, disgusting rooms filled with mould and dirt. We wanted our money back, but They said we have to come back at 15:00 the next day to Get our money back. This did ofcourse not happen beacause we were on our roudtrip and had to leave early. Ended up just leaving the hotel after the «night boy» was super rude.

Beim Checkin wurde auf mich vergessen, die Reinigungsdame hat schnell das Zimmer, welches draußen im Hof war, geputzt. Natürlich war das Zimmer nur halbherzig geputzt, Hygienestandards leider nicht annähernd auf dem Niveau. Natürlich habe ich dann auschecken wollen, die Putzdame meinte, mehr könne ich nicht für ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel erwarten und solle in ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ziehen. Der Herr, der mich beim Checkin betreute, war nicht da, stattdessen war ein junger Mann dort, offensichtlich als Vertretung, und kannte sich dementsprechend nicht aus. Er gab mir die Nummer vom Eigentümer, damit mir dieser bestätigt, dass ich die Rückerstattung von Expedia bekomme. Mir hat er das bestätigt, jedoch der Expedia nicht, laut Mail von Expedia. Das ist nun mittlerweile knapp 2 Monate her. Kein Geld zurückbekommen (es geht um knapp 120 Euro). Expedia schiebt dir Schuld auf das Hotel, das Hotel Itzlinger wiederum sagt, sie hätten alles erledigt. Ich werde Expedia nicht mehr verwenden und das Hotel Itzlinger auch nicht mehr besuchen.

Het bed was goed en er was een ventilator, maar daar houden de positieve punten ook wel ongeveer op. De kamer rook naar sigarettenrook ondanks dat wordt gezegd dat het verboden is om te roken. Het raam kon niet goed open en dicht wat bekend was bij de receptie. Het was vies: schimmel in de badkamer, spinnenrag en het water in de douche stroomde erg slecht weg. Een paar minuten douchen kon daardoor niet zonder het water om de haverklap uit te zetten. In de badkamer stond aangegeven dat handdoeken zouden worden omgeruild als ze op de vloer laten: mijn handdoek heeft er ruim drie dagen gelegen tot ik uitcheckte. Er wordt onbetrouwbaar om gegaan met persoonsgegevens. Dit ligt open en bloot in de receptie, ook als de uitbater er niet is. Hiermee bedoel ik niet dat hij een paar minuten wegloopt, maar op de uren dat de receptie verder 'gesloten' is. Keycard overdracht buiten de openingstijden van de receptie gebeurd door een envelop aan de buitendeur te plakken. Al met al, een vieze en (naar mijn gevoel) onveilige plek.

Ich kenne den Itzlinger Hof seit ca 3Jahrzehnten. In einem so üblen Zustand war er noch nie. Vielleicht liegt es an den neuen Betreibern, deren Hauptaugenmerk sich auf pseudocooles Styling und Gangsta beschränkt, als auf die Einhaltung eines hygienischen Minimalstandards.

Fin beliggenhed, dejligt hotel

Hotellet ligger dejligt tæt på stationen/centrum. Utrolig gode senge - høfligt og behjælpeligt personale. Meget søde. Den gamle by ligger kun en lille gåtur væk. Der ligger takeawaysteder og et lækkert bageri lige ved siden af.

Hotel sciatto e sporco Abbiamo dovuto farci cambiare la sranza perché nelka prima c'era della muffa nella dociia Nella seconda un interruttore penzolante, mancava la carta igienica nel bagno, sul fondo di un armadio abbandonata biancheria spiegazzata, diccua non ben pulita. See-through door into our room?!

We were two couples staying in two separate rooms, and despite being the same price the two rooms were wildly different. One was perfectly fine, although not too thoroughly cleaned. The other was on the ground floor with its door leading straight into the parking lot. The worst thing about this second room was the fact that there was a huge glass window on the door that was completely transparent and couldn't be covered up! We couldn't believe the hotel expected anyone to stay in a room that would allow any person in the parking lot to see its tenants clear as day. We did ask the hotel to cover it up and they found some tin foil and tape to do so, so we did appreciate their quick problem solving. But the fact that this was a problem to begin with was very strange and uncomfortable. Overall it made sense why it cost so little, but even so I'm not sure I would recommend staying here.

Solo si buscas una parada de buses al lado

La habitación tenía fuerte olor a cigarrillos y el aspecto de la habitación es horrible de muy baja calidad, todo es muy incomodo y viejo. Lo único a favor es tener una parada de autobús al frente, pero el lugar no tiene buen aspecto.
