Excelente ubicación

Buena ubicación, tiene todo cerca. Al tener un tour a las 07.00 h, nos prepararon el desayuno especial a las 06.30h. Creo que eso suma puntos.

Budsjettvennlig hotel i sentrum

Helt greit hotell med en fantastisk beliggenhet. Rommene er tydelig slitt og hele hotellet generelt trenger en liten oppdatering. Men utifra pris får du det du betaler for. Frokosten er helt grei. Personalet er hjelpsomt og profesjonelt. Dersom pris og beliggenhet er viktig, da er dette hotellet helt topp!

Pésima estadía en La Giralda

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA: 1-Nos cobraron de más. Reservamos por Hoteles.com por un precio y nos cobraron más caro. Nadie se hizo responsable ni nos devolvieron el dinero. 2-Las fotos de las habitaciones de la página son engañosas, la realidad es que las habitaciones son pésimas, antiguas y con humedad (lo pueden comprobar en las fotos que subí). 3-El WiFi jamás nos anduvo bien en la habitación. 4-El desayuno muy flojo en relación al precio que uno paga. 5-Te cobran para llenarte el termo con agua caliente, se ve que no les alcanza con el dinero que pagamos, ni para tener ese gesto. 6-No tienen cochera, pero te dicen que podes estacionar frente al hotel cuando eso es MENTIRA ya que los mismos inspectores te dicen que NO se puede, así que a todo el gasto que uno tiene se le suma una cochera. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación y la atención de las recepcionistas. Lucas, el encargado, deja mucho que desear, jamás se hizo presente para solucionar nuestro reclamo.

la habitación tenia muchísimo olor a humedad, nada mas entrar no lo notamos porque estaban las puertas y ventanas abiertas pero si lo hubiera notado desde el principio no me hubiera quedado, conforme entraba a la habitación comenzaba a estornudar (justamente me da alergia el olor a humedad). la tapa del inodoro estaba totalmente suelta, nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación pero era en un primero sin ascensor y nosotros con un bebe subir las escaleras con carrito era un incordio la ubicación y el desayuno buenos

Lo bueno, la ubicación excelente y la amabilidad y buena disposición de las personas que atienden este hotel.Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la ducha buena. Lo malo, las habitaciones y baños no tienen ventanas al exterior, solo la de la foto de promoción ,sino que dan a galerías abiertas o pasillos o patios pequeños, son oscuras y mal ventiladas. Pedí que nos cambiarán y conseguimos una un poquito mejor que la primera. La cama muy incómoda, de un lado el colchón hundido ,tuvimos que poner una almohada abajo para equilibrar. El aire acondicionado no andaba bien. El desayuno básico, el café horrible. No puedo comparar con otros en esta ciudad, pero creo que por precio podría ser mejor.
