The staff were wonderful. When we had a few issues with check in the staff was really kind and ended up upgrading us. They also gave us a late check out . Beautiful hotel.
Easy check in and great staff. The room was clean and simple with those high end finishes. The bed was very cozy! Room to room the noise level was slim to none but the hallway noise was easily heard. Overall, would fat here again in a heartbeat!
We stayed at Asher as a midway stop to our destination. Check in was fast which we appreciated so that we had time to go to the bar and have some dinner and drinks which was amazing. The bed was comfy cozy and clean. The staff was all delightful. It is on my list to stay again when we come for a full visit to SLC
This place looks amazing and has beautiful rooms. We stayed in 831 and I don’t know if the scent for the rooms are a tobacco base but the room smelled like stale cigarettes and we were above Flanker’s bar and you could hear the bass from the music there until 230 AM so it wasn’t quiet at all.
The staff! I mean this place was incredible in every way, but the staff made the most impact. I booked this place for four my husband's birthday and everything was amazing. From check-in to The Rouser, to the hotel bar/restaurant, to the valet. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars. We had a stellar experience and will definitely be back.
Beautiful hotel! I stayed with my daughter and was so impressed by the atmosphere and comfort. The restaurant was excellent, with a talented chef and amazing service—special thanks to Ella, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Everything from the water stations to the cozy rooms made us feel cared for. A wonderful stay!
A lot of shops nearby were vacant but Counterpart attached to the hotel was great for coffee and snacks
The Store in Gateway had an excellent supply for groceries
The hotel building is beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. It was a
15 minute walk to temple square
Overall I would recommend the hotel for a lovely stay in SLC
The bellman & valet seemed aloof. Complicated to get car & it was raining but had to walk out to valet booth while raining.
Otherwise frond desk gentleman was very helpful & room was great. Hotel space great.
The staff response to any question I had was immediate. The front desk supervisor, Suhani, was an incredible resource and reflects and demonstrates the high standards at the A.A. hotel.
We love staying here when we are in SLC. Beautiful well kept hotel right in the heart of downtown making very easy to walk to events and restaurants. 10/10
Beautiful property…loved the lobby bar, the prime rib sliders were amazing.
Bed was uncomfortable however, so consider sleeping elsewhere, but certainly come see the lobby and other bars.
We liked everything. Unique property with nice design. Extremely clean. Staff is polite and respectful. We will recommend everyone who visits SLC to stay at your place. Of course we will be your guest next time. Sincerely, Levon Sukiassyan
