It was terrible. They don’t answer your messages, they never pickup the phone. Breakfast is terrible. They cannot serve you a black tea even.

Good thing they have a garage. In the rooms they need to upgrade and fix a lot of things: shower door missing, towel holders ,dry racks, clothes furniture for longer stay, etc.

No fue lo q esperaba

En el checking él hotel no verificó bien q tenía 2 reservaciones con él mismo nombre, en ese ratonse pusieron a ver q otra habitación estaba disponible. Luego la reserva se hizo por 2 habitaciones con 3 camas individuales y nos estaban dando 2 camas en cada habitación. Ninguna de las habitaciones tenia el minibar que indicaba en la información. En una d las habitación no estaba el control del AC, uno llamaba a la recepción por alguna consulta, indicaban q ya regresaban la llamada y no volvían a llamar. En el bar la atención pésima, para solicitar hasta una taza de café se demoraban más de 20 minutos. En los baños de la piscina, uno se iba a duchar y habían 2 cucarachas metidas. Muy desagradable. Ha cambiado mucho la atención, antes era mucho mejor.

Falta de Higiene y mejor opciones de desayuno

En el aérea del restaurante hubo en uno de los platos cabello negro ,no había buena higiene por parte de una trabajadora. El desayuno no era muy bueno .Recomendación que en vez de que nos sirvan el desayuno ,haya la opción de coger nosotros mismo el desayuno
