The room was clean. The staff I dealt with were friendly. Bathroom appeared to have been recently remodeled/decorated, the bathroom wall with mirror was not finished well with patched holes that were obvious and not painted to match the wall.

We had a very comfortable, clean, quiet room. Nothing fancy but fine for our brief stay. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so it will probably be very nice when that is finished.

The only thing I would charge is the toilet paper. I like really soft TP. But other than that everything was great. The owner was so hands on. She made our breakfast. I was lucky enough to meet her mom and aunt. All beautiful Women. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Marlene

A welcome site!

We over traveled on this day! Deliriously tired we made it to the hotel and thanks to the gentleman behind the counter check in was fast and easy, our room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and it was lights out! We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

The property is very nice but showing it's age. The rooms on the east side are a little noisier due to the proximity to the interstate. The room was clean and well furnished. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

My wife and I stayed there one night as we were passing through Kansas. This Quality Inn was showing some age and seemed slightly run-down. But the quality of the free breakfast was great, and we got a good night's sleep.

Staff were very courteous and helpful!! I was disappointed to learn that I could have gotten a cheaper rate if I had called them directly. As a handicapped widow living on a fixed income, that could have been quite helpful! The room was very clean. Had a few issues, however. Desk light was on when I first entered the room. I was unable to turn it off, so called the front desk. Someone came to help me, was unable to turn off the light as well, so went behind the TV and unplugged it. The refrigerator was minimally cold, even after I turned the thermostat up. I was unable to shower, as I couldn't get the water warm enuf. Obviously under renovation as large interior area for recreation and relaxation was filled w mattresses and other supplies, making the gaming machines unaccessible. They were all turned off as well.
