The service here was absolutely horrible. I travel the United States for a living I stayed in hotels in more than 47 States and so many cities and towns that I could not list them. Nowhere in the country have I experienced the disrespect and the lack of customer service from a hotel like I have it this one. It is absolutely no reason for the way I was treated.

Pretty run down and sketchy hotel. Our room had a couple of holes in the walls and ceiling, bed was moved to cover some holes. It’s cheap, you get what you pay for. If you can afford a better hotel, do so, otherwise it’s ok.
Very pleasant hotel, clean bed and hot shower. Great hotel for any occasion.

Terrible Staff
There was a $50 cash deposit which was fine, but when I tried to get it back on check out the man working the front desk got huffy and yelled at me. Terrible service and I will not be staying at this or another Oyo location ever again.

Never stay here. Very bad place. Roashs in the bed and staff was very rude we had to get a room somewhere else
BEWARE owner did not want to honor the hotels.com rate. He told us he would only let it go this one and next time he won't honor the low price hotels.com got us.
Bathroom had black gunk all along the floorboards. Sketchy neighborhood. The pictures on hotels.com make the rooms seem decent..but they are not when you actually get inside.
Very rude. Poor customer service, all because we booked through hotels.com
Easy access from the highway. The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot. Close to eating places. Room 116 the door needs to be fixed. Had a hard time getting the door open
Owner was extremely rude they charge a security deposit at the last minute when you go to check in that they demand in cash in the property looks like s***

All ok, for an older place by the freeway. Not fancy, but adequate with basic needs decently met.
Scary. In need of repair and activity around (not sure if they were tenants or just there hanging out) was scary

The hotel was an older property. The beds were clean and comfortable but I felt like I needed to wear shoes all of the time as the floor just felt dirty.
Dirty and stunk! Moved twice, could not take a shower, tub so dirty. Floor wet and toilet did not work. Beds very old and bouncy. Very dated and very disappointed ☹️ breakfast! Did not eat there. Purchased 2 rooms for party of 4. Did not get much sleep. Room full of flies! Moved due to sewage back up and we had to ask! Asked for refund for one room or partial refund. Owner refused! Do Not recommend and will never stay here again! Canceled reservation for following week returning on our vacation.
Terrible place to stay. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The whole property was dingy and gross. Our room had Kleenex's stuffed into the fire detector (which is a major safety violation) and the entire room reeked of stale cigarettes. We asked to change rooms (after having to wake up the person at the desk) and they put us in another room that smelt of smoke WORSE! I am severe asthma and could barely breath the next morning. When this was brought up to the owner at check out, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said that sometimes people smoke. Very rude and awful customer service. Rough crowd on the premises as well, I would highly recommend somebody to pay the extra $15 per night and stay across the street at the La Qunita.

Not my favorite place
When we got there on a Saturday we were informed the pool had just had chemicals put in it so it would be down. We picked that hotel so the kids could swim.
On the way back to the room after dinner quite a few other guests were out walking around the hotel. One man stopped us to tell us not to let our 8 year old girls out of sight. Not that I would. But it made me nervous.
The hotel does have a sign hanging by the entrance that warns illegal activities are being recorded.

Probably not worth the $49.
We have stayed here before under different name and ownership so knew to expect an older property. And, for the price we paid we knew it would be no frills - which was ok. But, our room, sink and shower needed a through cleaning and we had no remote to the television. When we asked at the front desk about the remote there was no solution. Also, the towels were in poor shape and the wash cloth was incredibly stained!
Liked the price and the beds weren't bad. Supposed to have 2 queen beds and a no smoking room across from pool. Beds were only full size, was told that's because Expedia doesn't have the option for the business to list beds as full size. Room stunk really bad of cigarette smoke, they came in and sprayed it with something but it really didn't help. Pool was disgusting, green and dirty, skimmers weren't working. Will never stay in a Red Carpet Inn again.
Never left a poor review until now but have never been insulted by a business owner either. I complained about the remodeling noise after 6:30pm and was told I “obviously never worked”. I am a retired Chief of the USAF with 30 years experience. I can assure you I worked my tail off for the freedoms these owners are enjoying in the new country. Second, my room was unsanitary. A thick line of scum surrounded the jacuzzi that is sitting on old smelly carpet. The full sized refrigerator less than two feet way was interesting. The unique dining area consisted of a coffee table with four dining room chairs pushed up to it. The bent couch (that I was told wasn’t- see pictures) was uncomfortable. In short order I requested a different room but unfortunately was not pleasantly surprised. I slept on top of the bed as I only needed to rest for a short while. I had driven straight through from Ohio on my way to the AF Academy graduation. I was exhausted. The homeless population setting up tents in the dark only slightly concerned me as my truck has an alarm system. Upon check out I was denied even a partial refund despite paying extra for the jacuzzi room. I was told I should have left if I was not satisfied and should have checked out immediately. Had I not been completely exhausted I would have. In short, I was personally insulted and charged extra for a unsanitary room but the abandoned buildings look great!
