It sits in a quiet spot, in an elevated position with sweeping views of Salcombe and the estuary, but very close to the centre of town. With a private parking space on the driveway and another on the shared parking area, this light, sunny and spacious house is a great base to explore the delights of the area. . The property is accessed via 16 steps through the garden and patio to the front door.

Upon entering the property, you will find a bright, spacious and sunny double height entrance hall.
