Aucune information reçu pour récupérer les clés option petit déjeuner pris mais ce n est pas dans l hôtel et on ne nous dit pas où c est donc 27€ de pris pour rien .

Correcto pero no repetiría.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado: nada de lo visitable queda a más de 5 minutos andando. Pese a que está en una calle céntrica y con mucha vida no se oye nada del ruido exterior en la habitación. Eso sí, los ruidos de otras habitaciones y del pasillo los oyes perfectamente. La habitación está bastante bien: WiFi, ventilador en el techo, televisión, agua y chuches de bienvenida, colchón muy cómodo pero no tiene nevera, las almohadas son todo lo contrario al colchón y la ducha es bastante pequeña. El gran problema que tiene el alojamiento es su funcionamiento ya que no hay ninguna persona física para atenderte: el check-in te lo haces tu solito vía una tablet que es lo único que hay a modo de recibidor, tienes que meter un código de reserva junto con tu primer apellido para iniciarlo pero no es el que te da Hoteles.com por lo que tienes que llamar y que te asignen uno. En mi caso, la llamada fue de más de 9 minutos y tuve que hacer dos veces el check-in hasta que se completó del todo. Además, también hay un código para abrir por primera vez el portal que da acceso al hostal. Como casi nadie lo tiene, no queda otra que llamar al timbre de modo insistente, cosa molesta ya que lo oyes en la habitación especialmente cuando te ocurre a altas horas de la noche como me ocurrió. Este modo de funcionamiento no me gustó nada.

No one to speak to. Made me pay but I thought I had paid. Speaking to someone would have made it better. No air conditioner. Very cramped. Second window panel did not open. Facility is centrally located and clean. Not noisy after 12:30 am.
