"Our stay at this beautiful 5-star resort in Sal was truly unforgettable, and what made it so special was, without a doubt, the incredible people who work there. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth, kindness, and genuine care that it immediately felt like a home away from home. The staff are the true heart and soul of this hotel. "I could not praise the staff enough at this hotel - they are all so friendly, helpful and super attentive. The food options were excellent and the buffet meals changed daily (with a few consistent staples. Whilst I agree with some reviews that the rooms are a bit outdated - they were always cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was not outdated (and who spends enough time in the hotel room to care about it being outdated) and had a good blend of natural elements to make every part of the hotel enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Not impressed with the room, or the style of seperate houses. We stayed at Melia Unas for 5 days their set was better, paths of tiles not gravel. I asked for a hairdryer it never came. Food was good and all the staff very helpful and pleasent. "
